Took my 12 year old in to this store to get a treat and to see if they had anything for our church Easter basket and as we moved through the store was approached by a man who in a loud voice said something about a basket to us. I responded that I’m sorry I don’t know where they have baskets thinking he was asking us if we knew where they were. Instead he raised his voice even louder saying “people normally shop with a basket” I “responded no we do not need a basket” notable we had absolutely nothing in our hands from the store as my daughter had not made her selection. He then said he would get us a basket and I said no thank you. And walked around the end of the aisle and he went down the opposite end blocked the aisle and stared at us in a very unwelcoming manner. I clued in that he seemed to think we were shoplifting or a shoplifting risk. So I told my daughter that would not be getting a treat there but would go to a different store. I walked past him and he followed us to the door where a teenager was waiting also with his arms cross though bless him he said nothing. No dramatic sir you lost your best customer or some huge sale or anything like that we likely would have spent less then $20. I get that you must watch for shoplifters but there is a way to approach people perhaps take a loss prevention course or two.

The young lady was kind & helpful. The older ones were “sour” & only wanted to speak Polish or serve the Polish people. I was waiting for a while at the cakes/bakery section. No one told me I had to line up in front of the deli/meats section to get served in the cakes/ pastries section! I had to ask after waiting for a long time. Not good customer service. You have to know their system. Thank goodness some customers were very friendly during the loooong line. Budget lots of time for this place. & expect sour faces serving you if you’re not Polish (except for the nice young lady who I got - luckily!!). Also the cakes/ pastries were just ok. I have had Polish / Eastern European /German/ Austrian homemade baked goods from family & friends’ mothers/grandmothers. EuroMax quality is not at that level. Clearly mass produced. Will go to Irene’s Celebrity Cakes for special cakes/ pastries.

Purchased blood sausage from this location . The next day I wanted to make them they were slimy and had a rotten sweet smell to them. Had to toss everything out.

This place is an excellent local deli with a good selection of high quality deli meat. They also make great fresh bread, nice pastries and cakes, and packed with imported polish products as much as the store can practically hold. They also have some nice fresh produce, including some nice touches like actual Yukon Gold potatoes, unlike most grocery stores that now only carry "yellow flesh" which is not the same quality tasting potato. Some products are expensive due to importing, but others are surprisingly reasonable such as many varieties of pickled beets. Also some surprising bulk options like natural sauerkraut.I recently moved to the area, and I will be back.
