Frankly, I'm not sure why some of these reviews are so critical. I enjoyed the 1+ hour wait for spicy buttermilk drink that I can make at home in 90 seconds. I appreciated the extra oil that greases my cardiovascular system for a shorter lifespan. The 2.5 hour wait for my food gave me extra time to watch paint dry. The best part was the sizzling devilled dishes that made both my kids teary-eyed which I thought only happens when their screen time ends. Overall, I would come again - alone and when my desolate life needs a place to sit and meditate in spices.

I went to this restaurant for the second time. We had a good experience the first time. While the food is good, you should only go if you have nothing else to do for the day. We had to wait for over two hours for our food to be served. If we were told this prior to seating, we would have left as we had a baby and small children in our party.If you plan to go here, I suggest putting in your order 2 hours before you arrive and letting them know when you will get there. However, this may also be a problem because they don’t answer the phone. I tried calling several times before we went and the phone was not answered so we just showed up.This restaurant has potential if they are able to fix their service. The waitress was nice but the time it took for the food to get served was unacceptable.

Tried this place out as a dine in experience. We ordered chicken briyani, chicken kothu and a kids chicken tender meal. The server was friendly. The food arrived in a timely manner and looked presentable. However we were disappointed with the taste. We had asked for extra gravy in the kothu and there was no gravy at all. They also used bone-in chicken which is hard to eat when it comes to kothu. The roti used was also not chopped down "kothu style" . It looked like it just came out of the bag. The biryani was missing masala. There were whole spices in the rice but the masala itself was missing so it tasted like a pulao rather than a briyani. The pickle was good and spicy.
This place has potentail, but they aren't quite there yet.Cleanliness: could do a better job on serving thoroughly cleaned plates. You can still feel stuck on food on it. Additionally the tables need to be wiped down in an a more effective way as they look dirty and streaky.Cutlery: reset the cutlery between apps and mains. They reset the plates and have us holding cutlery or putting it on the napkinFood: the deviled items were good, had tons of flavour and the typical Jaffna style dry cooked beef and chicken.Should definitely figure out avoiding bones in the kothu. I can appreciate bones in the curry for flavour, but it makes it for an odd eating experience to have it all in the kothu.Noodles were pretty good, biriyani was good as well. Nothing mindblowing but the food was better than anywhere else in Brampton in general.Staff: the staff was helpful and did their best to accommodate everyone, but they were definitely understaffed.Best of luck to the owners - you have something with good potential. Please just focus on the overall experience!

No AC in hot summer months (multiple visits) We had seniors and pregnant women and it was terrible! Food took over 30 minutes to come and servers were no where to be found. No water refills or no one to ask for extra napkins etc.
