It’s a shame the orders are always wrong when I order for delivery because the food is great. But every single time something is missing from my order. Previously just a portion of chicken wings or most often potato wedges. But yesterday a whole special of 2 large pizzas and a potato wedge box was missing. I called and asked them to rectify this, and they sent 2 completely incorrect pizzas. I’m done trying with these guys.

I have ordered pizza at this location several times. On the last 3 occasions and today I have asked for a spicy pizza. I reiterated the disappointment of the last 3 occasions. The CSR at the location was nice enough to say that I will get my order and went ahead to repeat my request. she asked if I wanted coriander. I said no. just make it with green chillies extra spicy.. Well I have no idea if these people only understand what's written in the order from and nothing else. my pizza came with some Red Pepper flakes and green coriander leaves on top. I do not eat that stuff. I did not pay for that. when I called to complain I got shifted around to someone who pretended to have a hearing problem and asked me to speak louder. when I did she hung up on me. No I didn't call back. their service is rotten. they get a O rating for service and poor food.

I think This Sukhraj Bal is obsessed with the hair nets. ? He/she just go to each and every restaurant and sneak peek in the kitchen. I saw his/her old review, same comment everytime. First of all, you don’t have any authority to film the people withouttheir approval. You are breaching their privacy.

We ordered pizza from here and no one wears a hair net while cooking. Including the owner himself. When I brought it to their attention they didn’t have anything to say about it. No apology or anything. The customer service was terrible. You have to repeat yourself 5-7 times for them to understand.

Ordered a delivery, lady on the phone struggled to understand both my order and address. When the food got here the guy said it was $3 more than my original price. How a 1 topping medium pizza goes from $23 to $26. When I asked him why the price changed he repeated the price over and over. Actual rip off, go in for pickup if you’re ordering here.

Main topping like paneer and chicken there quantity is like only 5-10 pieces on whole pizza, not satisfied witjlh quantity. Tried many time in hope it will be agood next time but, done now. No more.
