Actually, i really like Hale’s coffees. However, even though their workers as so nice and kind. There is one girl who is i think a manager or supervisor there was not very friendly person at all. Let me tell you my one minute experience when she was around. I normally go there all the time and I ordered indoor or take out things. Couple times i went there with my lovely beautiful dog which is so little and it doesn’t leave any hair around and was always welcome in there until that girl was around. Today, I went there again. I was just ordering a take out vanilla matcha tea latte and i was just waiting it for couple minutes and i sit while i was waiting. But even though it does bother here and she wanted me to wait outside until my order is ready. I told her that i always come there and it was never a problem and also i was just waiting my coffee for literally a minute. She just told me “please”. That is so rude and not really friendly if you ask me. My dog did not bother anyone in there and nobody makes it a problem. They just love her when they can. I would never go back there again. It is not like they even care, but i just wanted to let you know about mu experience. Otherwise, their employees except that girl are really cute, nice, kind and friendly all over and always work on solutions instead of being irritating. Thanks to those guys!

Their hot drinks is straight up cold and when we requested for them to heat it up, they had no way of heatin coffee up? Ok weird. On top of that the server mill, was rude, aggressive and hostile and claims we had ordered an hour ago. To fight that claim we asked for our reciept to show we had just ordered, then an another server began scrolling REALLY fast and pretending not to find it. Very disappointed, really wanted to like this place but their entitlement is not encouraging.

The problem with fancy coffee spots is the quantity versus quality. Quality of coffee was good but could serve more quantity for a decent price. Definitely worth a try to have a fresh sip of coffee during a long walk in the mall.
Love the coffee here! The only place I look forward to chilling in Square One. Definitely try the espresso based drinks in this location, they roast their own beans and have decent coffee that is unique in taste and instantly recognizable upon a blind taste test. They sell one of the decent coffee bags in Toronto for the price. Staff are also super nice and I buy frequently here. They can get busy during peak hours but its worth it.

Great spot! Undoubtedly the best coffee shop in Mississauga. Every cup of coffee is a true delight, and the staff goes above and beyond to make patrons feel at home. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates high-quality coffee and exceptional service!

So I went there and I was asking which milk options they have so one Asian barista there I think her name is SARA she just mentioned the Almond and oat milk and then she said whole milk , I asked if there are more options she said NO , and after 5 minutes some customers came which she knew them and they know her she suggested the Lactose Free milk for them that was a shocking thing for me is this how it works ? Favirosim and Discrimination according to preference??? she was chatting with Them and at least 3 customers waiting in the line so two of them left since it’s long waiting for them! I didn’t see A barista takes 15 mins to make 3 cappuccinos!!! I’m so disappointed!!!

I’m a regular customer here for a few months and I can definitely say that this is one of my best experiences! The whole team is so friendly and nice, even if it’s a busy day, I can see guys doing their best!The quality of coffee and teas is INCREDIBLE! It’s exactly how you want your coffee to be. All guys are professionals and have a wonderful management. I love that their coffee doesn’t need anything else, not even a syrup needed, it’s just wonderful like it is (I usually take latté).And even more! They have a lactose free milk!! (They also have all these plant based type of milk, but I’m not a fan).Love this place, love the team, love the vibe ✨
