Charging $10 for a plate of mouldy fruit & then bringing a second plate of bug-filled fruit is both insane and disgusting. Also took about 4 tries to order as the staff seems to struggle with their own system on top of that.

It took an hour to get my order I was waiting for 30 minutes and when I asked them where it was they said they couldn’t find me then it took them another 30 min to worm it up and serve it in paper trays the food was not bad

The female employee who was working on 6th march 24 can really learn to be polite, and to wear a little smile while talking to all customers without bias, as she was with her white customer just before me, she answeres even a basic yes no questions with so much rudeness. First visit to this airport and this place, no wonder the reviews so low.

How horrible...can't believe how useless...can't do a take out order. It's an airport!! No receipts??? Useless staff and service...and people at the back and no one at the counter...plus they added 3.50 for a take out order

Absolutely brutal.Staff had no idea who ordered what . Looked like they did not know how operate the computer system.Ordered a BLT finally arrived 35 mins late , without the bacon.Asked for bacon to be added and then the sandwich magically disappeared when it when behind the counter.Finally got them to make me a new one . So eating it 44 minutes after I ordered it.Definitely needs someone who know how to manage and properly train staff.

Breakfast sandwich was suppose to have oven roasted tomatoes and arugula and ended up with a cold slice of tomato with romaine lettuce. The $4 I paid for extra side of bacon was a few slivers of overcooked bacon from the bottom of the pan. The potatoe side in the photo showed onions and peppers mixed in, but what I got was dry plain potato. Not worth $30 for a breakfast. I complained and nothing was done about it.

Travelers beware...Read the menu fully with what's included in your meal...for $23 I got the worst meal I've ever had in Toronto airport...the Burger doesn't look like the photo and came with the almost no toppings. I could have recieved a bigger and tastier meal at the other restaurants for this price, almost half price...I never complain about food but this was just awful, left hungrier than before I started eating ??

Refuses to honour an Air France food voucher at midnight when virtually nothing else is open because we were given 1 voucher for 4 people instead of individual vouchers. Like we had the option of going back to the check in counter.
