The service was exceptionally poor, characterized by rude and aggressive behavior from the staff, particularly at the front desk during payment.Upon settling my bill, I encountered an unsettling situation regarding payment and receipt. Despite paying in cash and receiving a 5% discount as advertised, I was refused a receipt unless I paid by card and no discount. The lady told me cash is not included the tax, however, it does include. This refusal was accompanied by dubious claims about tax payments and discounts, leaving me feeling deceived and questioning the restaurant's honesty.Regarding the food, while I sampled the No.200 and 201 beef pho ($18.95 and $15.5) the experience was underwhelming. The flavor was passable, but the portion was overwhelmingly comprised of noodles, with minimal meat. Observing other tables with similar experiences of excessive noodle portions, it became evident that this was not an isolated incident.Overall, my dining experience was marred by poor service, questionable practices regarding payment (to get receipt), and disappointing food quality.Won’t recommend this pho restaurant.

As a Vietnamese girlie, I am constantly looking and craving for pho, and this spot is one of my favs in the city.I always order any of the phos, specifically beef pho, with any of the rare meats depending on my mood. My fiancé is actually in love with all their vermicelli bowls - he tries to order anything with beef, la lot, and chicken. I find the beef broth very comforting and hits the right spots. It's not too vegetabley but also not too fatty.Apparently, we're not the only ones that love this spot because there's usually always a wait, but it's worth it, and service is fast usually. Maximum wait for like 2 ppl in my experience has been 20 minutes.Will definitely be returning !

Thai hot pot can be eaten on the spot or bought to take home, both delicious and complete.Suitable for large families, there are still tables of 8 - 10 people.❗️Sometimes the staff is fast, sometimes there are too many customers, the young people are a bit more confused than the ladies and gentlemen ?I ate in October - twice but I forgot to review ?

very disappointed in the taste of my pho. the soup broth was very plain tasting and it had no flavour. the portion was small and they also gave me the wrong type of pho that i ordered. the Vietnamese spring rolls tasted awful. the meat was rotten inside and i had to spit it out. as a Vietnamese person who knows very well how my culture's authentic dishes are supposed to taste like, this restaurant doesn't meet my standards and i won't be coming back here anymore. highly not recommended

Best Pho in town with a nice atmosphere and good food. There is a lot of choice of different Asian cuisines. Location is ideal with plenty of parking nearby. The price is good and would definitely come back when in town again.
Servers seem nice, but the Pho is not what it used to be. Maybe I am picky eater, but beef Pho taste salty. Long ago, it was good but then a year ago I tried Plain Pho and it was not very good or soup was salty. I thought maybe because i order Plain. Then I went in today and tried Beef Pho. The Beef Pho had plenty of both brisket, and rare beef ( lots of meat) but the soup itself was just salty. I guess I am picky, but I like the soup to not be too salty so I can taste the broth and not just salt. The waiter was nice enough to give me more hot water so I can make soup less salty. I guess most people like it that way but a few places make it less salty. They did give alot of basil and bean sprouts. And there is red chili on the table but the hoison sauce was very rich. I remember other Pho being less rich or more light and refreshing lasting. I guess the only way I can be happy is make my own or go back to places which have lighter soup. There was a rice noodle place I could have gone to ( East of there) which name start with Y, that has good broth but that other place has mainly Pork bone, but broth was very good there. Anyhow, I just felt that 14.50 was alot to pay for beef soup if it is super salty. I guess other people like it very salty.
