Josie at Jack Astor’s provided such excellent service - it really made our meals and the whole experience that much better. She was very knowledgeable on the menu and provided caring and kind service. We would come back to Jacks just to have her again!

Figured I'd stop by Jack's while in town for a business trip. Wanted a place to wind down and watch some sports -- so glad that I came!Was super lucky to be seated in Sofia's section, she was awesome. She helped me choose an appetizer (Bruschetta), a main (Mexican Chicken Bowl), and persuaded me to have dessert! Sofia even convinced me to try a 0% beer since I don't drink. Even got a lime with it. I'm so full now but it was worth it.All-in-all, great experience at Jack's tonight -- the food was great and Sofia's energy was unmatched!

Fine dining and quality meals! Came here with my family on a Saturday night and not only was the food amazing but the service and ambience were likewise. Our host, Faris, was friendly and very well disposed. He made sure we had great seating and continually checked on us to make sure we were comfortable. Once again, the food was amazing! When it came, it was fresh and hot! The kids also enjoyed their meals (which doesn't happen much) so props to Jack's for dealing with that! Overall, the service was amazing and so were all the dishes. Will definitely come here again and recommend to others!!!

Had a great time at Jack Astors with my family, food was pretty good. Jean was the server of our table, she did an excellent job, no mistakes made, was very nice and patient with us even when my wife was asking her a million questions. Overall the environment was great and had a great time with my family.
Good service, and enjoyed my salad, large portions, enough left for lunch the next day.
