I placed a pick up order around 830pm, when I got home with the order it smelt burnt and tasted burnt. They clearly didn’t change the oil since you couldn’t even taste the chicken, there was no spice, only taste BURNT. Waste of my money and chicken since I couldn’t eat it.

I tried their chicken sandwich, and it was not good. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy it. Their chicken bucket was okay, but I wouldn't buy it again, but the spaghetti was so delicious. I loved it and would definitely order it again. The pineapple juice was great. Also, I would recommend it with the spaghetti. The service wasn't bad but wasn't the greatest either.
Ordered 6 sets of spicy chicken, none of them are spicy???????? There are little flag showing the chicken should be spicy, but what????? Exactly the same taste, same colour as my friend original chicken. So disappointed.

Love this place I think they chicken and everything else is number one in Canada. The people that works there makes you feel very welcome. I chose to go to this place three times a week with my family.
I love Jollibee, this is like McDonald’s and KFC combined, The fries are crispy, and golden like they said, the workers are so nice,The Chicken is savoury and Delicous! Jollibee is high quality food, I love the seats to!
Chicken had no taste. Fries were bland felt slightly raw. Pineapple juice seemed just watered down.Long queue and wait time for food. Not worth the 40$
They don’t serve you in order, they don’t pack your food in oder, they don’t care who comes first who comes late. I was in line at 3rd place, the supervisor started helping ppl from 4th place to order first. Next, they will not pack your food by sequence. Those who ordered first, got their food late. Zero sense of first come first serve. Trash place never come back again.

Don't know what all the fuss is about. Chicken was okay, but some of the pieces were extremely fatty and gross. The sides are awful and they upcharge you $2.00 for the spaghetti on any meal combos - that's ridiculous! The gravy is the best thing on the menu... so what does that tell you. The staff are unpleasant and rude. The place was cold and it was like they turned the heat off so we had to stay seated in our winter jackets while eating. Not going back again.If you want real good fried chicken go to Mary Browns or KFC.
