I ordered catering for 65 people, but the food provided was insufficient even though 10 guests didn't attend the party. They supplied food for around 50 people and still charged for 65, which was incredibly disappointing. Despite my request to pack separate meals for girls and boys, they didn't separate them. When I contacted the owner, Munawar Sahab, he simply apologized, saying he forgot. I also mentioned the insufficient quantity of food, but they only sent one dish of karahi, one of choly, one of kheer, and 2 and a half dishes of biryani. Consequently, our guests didn't receive enough food. When I informed Munawar Sahab about this, he insinuated that maybe our guests ate more than expected. He didn't acknowledge their mistake. Additionally, the biryani had no meat, just large bones, which felt like a dishonest way of serving food. We strongly advise against using Karachi Grill due to their abysmal service.

He charged me for extra lettuce and onions a dollar extra. I was fine with that. Then when i came to pick, he said no one complained about it before. I didnt even complain to red apron. Its true what he says. He is combatative for no reason. In the end, i got a little extra lettuce, and no onions.
