Fantastic Food. Great Service.I came here during off peak hours... I told the host about my criteria for food mainly lamb or goat and he made a recommendation... It was really quickly, it was delicious, as described.It was very quiet in here because of the time frame so I thought the atmosphere was great. I'm sure it's quite bustling during prime time.Definitely would recommend everyone try the food here. There is something for everyone.

Tried their Iftar buffet, food was good but a little overpriced also they did not include a hot beverage like balck tea or coffee and charged extra...unlike my other Turkish restaurant where tea is included.

My first experience ever with this restaurant began with an online order via Door Dash. Set it for pickup and made my way down to their location in Mississauga. Upon arriving, they informed me that they never received my order and that they actually don't use Door Dash anymore.I was obviously disappointed with the state of things and frustrated with the whole situation as I had been expecting to pick up dinner (for my family of 5) after the 20 min drive and get back home as soon a possible. At this point, the restaurant manager (Amir) informed me of their discontinued use of Door Dash and the complexities still stemming from the cessation of the partnership, but then managed the entire situation masterfully. I won't go into the details, but needless to say he cemented my faith in his establishment, what customers mean to them, and encouragement in the fact that there are some really great people out there. And please note for anyone wondering, this did not mean the comp-ing of the bill at all which is absolutely fair as the situation was not even their fault.To end it off, the quality of the meal was incredible - all components were absolutley delicious but meats in the platter were the start of the show! The charcoal-fired assortment was simply top notch, I would not be able to say anough about their food overall. In a city with many options, Amir and his team at Karioka have made new loyal customers out of us, can't wait to return!!

Very bad experience of Egyptian food. We ordered tikka roll which was good but Hawawshi was burnt and tasteless. I gave it back to the employee they didn’t even said sorry or offered another one. Very bad experience.
