On Tuesday special day, the line up is so slow. They don't seem well prepared in getting enough chicken ready. They take one order and it seems like we wait 5 minutes before they take the next order.The floor and tables are dirty and disgusting to look at.

It's horrible how I called regarding the error in my order, and the cashier on the phone even admitted it was wrong. I was insured the manager would call me in the morning. That was Thursday night. Now I'm leaving this review on Saturday evening without receiving a call back to correct their wrong.I paid an extra $9.60 for all white meat and no wings. The picture is what I received. Leg is not considered white meat.

No one ever answers the phone any days of the week when we try to order for pick up and when they do today again hello....hello...hello....UNTIL I CALLED HER OUT AND SHE WAS RUDE BACK... she heard me that time huh... funny. You just lost our business for good. Get either a new phone or better employees.

Prabhjot was very helpful and kind. She was knowledgeable about the menu and patient as we took our time deciding. Prabhjot even came to clean the table and thoughtfully asked if we needed a to go back after we had dined in for our leftovers. Manjot prepared a great meal as quickly as possible. The fries were perfectly crispy! Thank you, we had a great family meal!Parking: Located directly in front of KFC there are some spots, we usually always find one there. There is a larger parking lot in the plaza as well.

This location I have been to many times over and it never does look any better, some tables are dirty or sticky and the floor is always dirty never swept I mean come on clean up the place better jeez.The food is good and fresh sometimes and sometimes it's not so good.The service is good and I don't really have anything to say about the staff except that they should smile more, the staff is friendly and try to do their best to help when ordering.Will I be coming by here again yes but still pick up on what is lacking.All I can say is try at your own willingness if hungry.

Very disappointed that the potato salad has been discontinued - the other salads are only half full. We will go the Mary Browns instead.
This restaurant is absolutely horrible to visit, they messed up my meal, didn't give a receipt and then the manager refused to replace it despite the allergy concerns mentioned both in the initial order and when calling to voice my concerns . The restaurant also looks like it's never been cleaned , the men's bathroom has definitely never been cleaned and there was most definitely cockroaches everywhere around the pop machine and counters . If you really want chicken popeyes is across the road. Unlike these disgusting individuals who work here .

They've cut everything down. For Tooney Tuesday, it used to be 2 good size pieces of chicken, a biscuit, and fries on the side that may be substituted. Now all you get is 2 tiny pieces of chicken, no sides. The chicken pieces are so tiny (probably 1 piece that is cut in half to make 2) that only a child can get full. And if you want a tiny side, you have to pay extra $2. I paid for the extra... I'm a petite lady and I was still hungry after this. For a big franchise cooperation that has been around for decades, this is just ridiculous greed.
