The place is pretty rundown, not sure why the owners dont spend a few dollarts on renovation, its high time. Also I'm not sure how KFC accepts that, they must have very low standards! The chicken was very oily when we received the order, and only the fries looked fresh, hence the 2nd star in the review. The employees seemed unhappy as if someone was forcing them to work. Overall a very depressing experience.

I have never seen a slower moving place busy with patrons. The amount of standing around and talking while fulfilling orders …. I felt I was interrupting a social gathering waiting for my order . Disorganized!

There were 3 people in line and 1 worker! We weren't greeted and after waiting for more than 10 minutes, I asked the girl if she didn't see us and we need assistance. I feel bad that she was alone, this is unacceptable! So many people came in afterwards and were waiting. Also, the worker had the worse body odour I ever smelled in my entire life. I don't even know why I eat the food. The whole place smelled of her funky odour. How can you not smell yourself?! It's so offensive, please practice good hygiene and use deodorant for the love of our noses. I felt so nauseous!!!!! Also, you need more staff. It's unfair to this worker and customers.

I recently ordered a 6-piece chicken meal with 2 sides from 965 Dundas St. E. Mississauga and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the experience. The chicken pieces I received were noticeably small, and it seemed evident that they might have been leftovers from the previous day.This isn't the first time I've encountered this issue at this establishment, and it's becoming an ongoing concern. As a customer, I expect freshly prepared food, especially when it comes to something as popular and iconic as KFC's chicken.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. No order was delivered, made us come to the store to pick up the order and then refused to provide us the food or the refund. Two staff were present and claimed themselves as the shift managers but failed to act as one. No legitimate reasoning was provided for their actions. By far the worst KFC location I have been too. As a customer I advise that you never go to this location if you want to actually enjoy KFC. Disappointed!Ps. Staff members report that manager names or employee names cannot be shared to the customer.

So I placed Online order - My order was never delivered to my house and when I called The store- The (so called)manager told me to come down to store to get my food and when I drove 30 mins down to store. They lied to me they will give me food- made me wait another 30mins and at the end told - We cant give you food. Two managers were working , both were incompetent and didn’t know what they are doing. Worst customer service. They even closed store one hour early!! Those two managers just are making fool of people. Never gave me their names or store managers name! Never go here. General managers need to be more involved.
I went in there with my sister and her kid to get dinner for the family and never in my life have I met such a disgrace of a Customer Service. The lady at the front desk was so rude and impatient we felt disgusted, she was so dirty and unruly you could see she was not happy to be working there let alone attending to customers. I was wondering when the gentleman behind me left immediately the said lady came out to the front, we ended up leaving as we didn't want to risk buying anything that lady was going to prepare. If I could give -10 I definitely would. Take your business elsewhere.

Nobody at cashier, myself and another customer yelling hello waiting for service. Customer ahead of me called ahead to have his food made, they said it would be and it wasn't. They don't reapect their own advertised specials...I didn't want to order anything after the interaction with the cashier. Horrendous customer service.
