Honestly, I ate at a lot of fancy restaurants, but these guys make their food with passion and love . Food is too good. I keep ordering from there. 5 star restaurant.

Got the calamari for appetizer it was burnt and tasted raw also got the seafood pasta and the mussels still had rocks in them, wasn't cleaned/purged properly. The pasta sauce was amazing though. Great service and nice atmosphere.

Found this restaurant on google with excellent reviews. It is in an industrial area and the restaurant is a bit dated in decor, I think there was even carpet in the dining room. It was a busy evening during the holiday season so the service was understandably slow. We ordered the grilled calamari (deliciously tender) and the veal meatballs (small portion for the price) as starters. I ordered the fettuccine la scala which was really good and decadent with steak strips and mushrooms. My only qualm is that the dish is $27 and the portion was decent but could have used more noodles. The tiramisu was really good. The food was good, the ambience was okay, the price was a bit much for the portions.

Had my girlfriends dinner there last night. Everything was absolutely perfect! The atmosphere and ambiance was class.Our server was efficient, friendly and very hospitable.Most importantly the food was the best part!! The meatballs and calamari were absolutely spot on.The mains courses (veal and risotto). The portions were very generous and extremely tasty. Something that Nonna would prepare.At one point no body was talking and ALL plates were practically licked clean.Tremendous job all around ?. We'll definitely be back!

I was at La Scala for a small family event in early December and it was a great experience! The staff was wonderful and the restaurant itself is a hidden gem in a more industrial area. We got to specially order the focaccia and it was so good!The venue is the perfect size for larger groups so I would definitely recommend it to other families!

Our family went for our Christmas dinner at La Scala. We have been there before for dinner and also had my daughter's Communion and Confirmation there. We have had great experiences before so decided to have our Christmas dinner there.Biggest mistake EVER !!! The service was terrible. We were all there for 4 hrs. Took forever, and the food was terrible. The portions were extremely small and everyone was still hungry when we left.If you need to go for a family function , GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Very unprofessional and rude to everyone. 20% tip added to each of our bills which should have been 18%. Don't get me wrong if the food and service was great I wouldn't mind paying the money . For my family alone it was almost $600. I felt so bad for the rest of my family. They were all disappointed.My husband called the next day and said if she would do anything. Again she was rude and said she was busy. Offered 5% back on our tip. What a joke. Not worth our time. We were returning customers and we were treated like garbage.
Amazing place to dine! Staff is wonderful and very welcoming. The food is excellent, very tasty authentic Italian cuisine. I loved my dining experience and would most definitely recommend!
