And I’m not the only customer in the store who’s cake is not there, who has pre-ordered online. I have fully paid for an item, drove 30 minutes to come and pick it up only to be told.” Sorry we don’t have your cake but no worries just pick one of these from the window ( 3 old looking cakes) and we can offer you a free croissant.” How does that fix the issue? I don’t have a cake to bring to a party that I am having. What is the point of preordering and paying ahead? Absolutely awful customer service barely even acknowledging that they did anything wrong wrong just simply oh sorry, but I guess you could have a refund. now I am left scrambling for a cake. Stay far away from this establishment!!

I went in with a friend to buy their strawberry cream croissant which is only made on a special day of the week. We found out that it wasn’t on the calendar for the month and were completely fine with that, planning to buy other items. However, the workers there offered to make us the croissant if we waited a while, and we were able to leave with two of the strawberry cream croissants + some other goodies. They were so kind, and as always, the croissant lives in my dreams it’s so tasty. Highly recommend this bakery. Everything we tried was great!

I live nearby Le Delice and visit them weekly for their fresh baked ham and cheese croissants. So good but I also had them recently make a custom cake for my daughter’s birthday. They did a great job on the design and on top of that, I was running late and they were closing for my bday cake pick up and they were so kind to make arrangements after hours to get the cake. They saved the day. Thank you to Le Delice and the staff that was so kind.

Everything we have ever purchased here has been excellent. Especially the peanut butter double chocolate chunk cookies! The Chicken Pot pies are just stuffed with chicken and have a great crust. Their Quiches, cakes, muffins, scones are wonderful. We have not been disappointed with anything we have purchased. It is such a treat to go there!

Owners are so kind and welcoming. Food items taste very fresh and high quality. Many savory items in addition to sweet (the roasted veggies with grilled halloumi sandwich is spectacular). They offer a selection of Sloane tea (Heavenly Cream is dreamy) and espresso based drinks (lovely cappuccino). Must haves include: custard cream slice, pecan chocolate caramel chew, strawberry shortcake, raspberry clafouti, scones, almond croissant, strawberry chantilly croissant, chunky chicken pie and roasted red pepper with goat cheese quiche.

This is exactly what it statesThe pay or working conditions didn't match, or were not better than, what was listed on the offer of employment, or the job was not the same as what was listed on the offer of employment.Most likely tried to pay them substandard rates to do your work. Excellent customer service and very clean restaurant. Lots of beautiful ladies to help you select the perfect yummy treat. It is a small shop and does get crowded. Ordered the strawberry shortcake, which was heavenly, and was devoured by the whole family within minutes. Highly recommended bakery store and will definitely go back to try other items. It's one of the better bakery stores I've been to in ages.
