Oh wow, thanks for the quick lesson on how food magically mixes itself up after it leaves your kitchen. Silly me for thinking the shrimp curry dived into the dessert because of a packaging issue. I guess it just wanted a little adventure on its Uber Eats ride over here. I mean, why blame your spotless packing skills when it’s obviously the delivery route turning my dinner into a mixed-up mess. My bad for getting all worked up—I must've been overwhelmed by the aroma of that mutton curry. Next time, I’ll save my complaints for the real villains here: gravity and speed bumps. Cheers for setting me straight!

Recently we had a take out ordered for a weekend dinner. It was a dinner for folks who had not tried Maharashtrian food previously. The food was a hit with the Goan Pomfret being the highlight. Overall, the food was fresh tasty and plenty.

We ordered the large malvani chicken, which is supposed to be good for 2-3 people, but it only had 5 small pieces of chicken, which was mostly bone. We also ordered the misal pav, which had no misal, only liquid. The taste was good, but there was very little food for the price we paid. We also had to wait 1.5 hours for the food to be prepared. Not worth the time/price.

Absolutely loved the Surmai! It was flavourful, tender, and cooked to perfection. A true Maharashtrian delight. Can't wait to try more dishes like kombadi vada. Also enjoyed the solkadhi and veg kolhapuri. Highly recommended!
Best Authentic Maharashtrian food i have ever had in Canada. I was teleported to Maharashtra immediately after my first bite. I had the Goan style Pompret fry, Vada pav and Malvani Mutton curry with Rice Bhakhris and Chapatis. The food tasted soooooo good, I can not stress enough, felt like home-made food a 100%. It was such a humbling experience, owners of the restaurant were very honest, hardworking and amazing, the place is super clean, they really did pour a lot of love in all the dishes. I 10000% recommend visiting this place, you will not regret it. Will definitely try other dishes next time :))
Tucked away in the middle of nowhere and not really a dine in spot, Tadka Marun still manages to hit the spot. We got the fish thalis - Pomfret and Surmai and the quantity was enough for two meals. It came with curry (Shrimp and Pomfret), 2 bhakris per thali, fried fish and sol kadi. The spice level was reminiscent of the Mumbai spice. Would definitely recommend and revisit to sample the other delicacies.A word of caution though - everything is made fresh so order ahead or be prepared to wait 30 mins
