Ordered online and the food was the best for the price. Not only is it affordable but it is also great tasting and fulfilling. I've enjoyed their food, but I had a terrible experience with their customer service. I placed an order online consisting of 2 manoushas, 2 subs, and 1 loaded fries. After placing the order online, the confirmation screen informed me that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the store 25 minutes after I placed my order (10 minutes longer than the estimated completion time), only to find out my order was not only not ready but they had yet to start making it. The employee ripped my order from the POS system to glance over my order and simply just walked away. The employee did not acknowledge me and I saw them starting on my order shortly after. While waiting in the restaurant for an additional 15 minutes, the employee said my order was now ready. I then realized that they only provided me with the 2 manoushas and the 1 loaded fries -- the 2 subs were still missing. I told them that my order was incomplete, they took another glance at my order and proceeded to tell me, "give us 5 minutes" and walked away. I'm quite disappointed and frustrated at the lack of apology and accountability, given how the situation transpired. So, if you're placing your order online, it may be worthwhile to give them a call to confirm that they saw your order and are actually working on it.

The food here is delicious! It’s full of flavour and they are generous with their portions. The food was made fresh in tight front of us - no more than 10 minutes. My absolute favourite is the shrimp sandwich (and I am not a sandwich person).Would definitely come here again!

Really good quality food. What is amazing us that us doesn't have the smell of an regular shawarma joint but something very nice. Very clean and the attendants wear hair nets.
