I recently visited a store in search of cake boxes for roll cakes, small containers for individual portions, and containers for flans and puddings. However, it seems like the store only catered to baked goods. Although they have a wide variety of cake-related items, I found that the prices were higher compared to online retailers like Amazon and Temu. Unfortunately, I was unable to locate any staff to assist me during my visit. Nevertheless, if you're looking for baking-related items, this store would be a good choice.

I asked a friend to buy a gel liquid food whose value is $12.95 and the store forced to my friend to purchased a membership for value of $25. This is simply blatant theft.

Went to the store with electronic copies of my business license only to be told I need printed copies. Who carries printed copies of their business license. I drove 70 km from Cambridge only to be turned away. No help from staff there - overall a very unpleasant experience!

It’s expensive more than other wholesales with yearly subscription and they never ever make any offers or good deals during holidays am not renewing my membership after it finishes

The staff could not be more helpful! Extremely knowledgeable and attentive to all my questions. Especially Courtney, who took the time to walk me through using a specific product. At cash, the experience was icing on the cake (pun intended!). The cashier informed me the membership price would be dismissed if I had a business and sending my license was a breeze. 5/5 would recommend for bakers at all levels!

The website does not disclose the fact that you need a membership to shop here in person, but you can do so online without one. I'm not sure who is in charge of this policy, but someone should evaluate it. Evidently, they are unaware that refusing service results in a revenue loss.

I went in the store yesterday July 17, 2023 and the lady at the front working the cash register was extremely rude. Unfortunately I do think she’s the manager as she was sorting out breaks verbally to other staff. A smile goes a long way even if you’re not in the mood.Zero customer service, rude, straight faced and blunt.Definitely won’t be visiting anymore and will share my thoughts publicly about my interaction.Put a smile on your face lady no need to be so angry for no reason.

I was hoping to give this place a visit but unfortunately the amount of reviews here made me reconsider this decision, not to mention, the amount of silly unprofessional excuses in response to every single review by your customers who majority of them are regulars, it just means that your business has reached a point where it just never cares about growing or making new customers or even being at least welcoming to new customers. Adding to that, I just cannot imagine how a small shop like yours stops a customer at the door and ask them if they have a membership and did not make the effort to even show them a sign that this is a requirement. This is NOT the next big Costco and will never be, Costco has proper customer service team that is trained to help and guide new customers which encourages people to go to it before shopping for anything else, and a membership makes it worth it but you unfortunately do not have any of that.

I placed an order online with this company and I only received part of it. I have been emailing them for 3 months trying to get this rectified and they have basically blamed the courier company and refuse to help me despite the fact that they have my money and I have not received my order. NEVER order from this company.

I tried calling and nobody answers. You get an automated msg and that's it. I am now trying to make an order for pick up and it's only giving the shipping only option. I am beyond frustrated especially since I can't get ahold of anyone. I tried the Facebook chat option as well and also got an automated reply and still have yet to speak to someone. I need to order a slab cake box for today! No customer service now aways! Very disappointing

The store has a good range of items, some at competitive prices . Some in house items actually cost a premium which is a little unfortunate.While on line return policies can be unforgiving, the in-store exchange policies are way too strict on non perishables (like containers). Often customers may make careless choices and the stiff policy reminds us never to buy that item from the store again (especially if Amazon has it at half the price amongst many of their vendors).There is no need for an item to be priced for a race to the bottom; but double and no exchange policy is going to turn quite a few away.Also, refrain from replying about expectations, as the mentality instituted on customers will hurt the business more then us.

I arrived at their location within 5 minutes of closing after getting stuck in traffic, I was unaware you needed a wholesale account to shop there. They were incredibly accommodating and helpful and stayed open an extra few minutes to help me out. Good selection of hard to find baking supplies as well
