We asked for no ice in my drink at the drive thru, guy told us it’s company policy and they HAVE to put ice in there and argued with us. Their ice machines are nastyyyy and filled with mold don’t ever get ice from any McDonalds and don’t let them lie to you!!! We’re spending 20$ on 4 items and we cant get no ice in our drink?

I rarely order @ a Drive Thru window or even have Mcdonalds on a regular basis for a reason.But it was late & the only option was drive Thru. I clarified my order twice, at the speaker & at the pick up window, pleading for bbq sauce to be added to the order and confirming it was twice !The price of Mcdonalds these days if not noticed.......is outragous and those that work @ Mcdonalds actually receive a decent livable wage these days !Guess what, after pleading & confirming BBQ sauce was included in my order.........IT WASN'T ?Corporations are robbing us blind with their price points,.......paying employees more but yet Customer Service & attention to detail is just as aweful as going to a DRIVE THRU to begin with !

I'm allergic to pickles, so I chose not pickle.But when I ate half of it, I found some pickled cucumbers in the corner at the bottom.I wasn't sure if I bit it. I took it to an East Asian faced lady at the front desk and explained that I was allergic to it, but she didn't ask me if I felt any discomfort, just changed it to a new burger...I don't know what I should do, and I'm not sure if I ate it. One thing is clear, your service is terrible.It happened at 11pm on November 23rd.The kitchen lacks training, and the manager is irresponsible and has a bad review.??

Mostly use the drive-thru for coffee or bakery items / softies / McFlurry etc. Service has continued to degrade with incorrect coffee's becoming a certainty most of the time.The coffee itself is way better than Tim's, however, compared to other McDonald's, this location needs a restart for their staff and managers to serve what customers order.

I ordered a medium iced coffee, with a splash of milk, instead of cream, and no liquid sugar. It was perfectly made to order, and was quite delicious and refreshing. Thing to note, the “Summer Dollar Drink Days” appear to have come to an end, and this tasty treat will cost you a bit more than you might expect.I went après lunch and the joint was empty.Parking: Scads of parking spots! And FREE!!!
