The service was horrible! We waited for our order for 40-45 minutes for a breakfast bagel meal (x3)!! Yes, you read that right, 40-45 minutes as I was timing. We asked different staff members 4x for our order and we're kept getting the same reply, "It's coming". One staff did not even acknowledge our question and just simply walked away. Also, the kitchen staff making the food was NOT wearing gloves - making everything bare hands and the entire 40-45 minutes we were waiting, all kitchen staff DID NOT wash their hands once. This was pointed to another staff member prior but obviously the matter was ignored. Whatever happened to proper training of food and beverage handling??

Former McDs Manager: This locations kitchen staff needs serious training. Meat always hanging out, lettuce on the outside not inside, mayo on the outside of the wrappers instead of inside the sandwich, McWraps/Snack Wraps are folded like tacos and fall apart, etc. Just EVERYTHING that comes out the BK is a mess except nuggets. Front drinks are made fine though.

Thirteen minutes in line for a bacon and egg bagel then it's not ready at the window and told to wait until it's ready. An additional five mins. 18 mins for a breakfast sandwich. I had to leave because I'd be late for work so just donated money basically to a terrible McDonald'

It’s saints Patrick’s month of march 18 2024 and they don’t have their limited edition ☘️ Shamrock shake.. reason: their machine is out of order.. This is the same reason they gave last year too. it’s a shame that some of us wait for March for this and get disappointed every year.. please come up with better lies..

September 12th 2020 miscommunications and the most unpleasantly unsatisfactory service I've had at any McDonald's the speaker shouts the order and then shoutingly argues with me as to availability of happy meal instead of a pleasant, no, sir, we don't serve that meal before 11am! Today March 11th 2024 at about 10:00 I was so pleasantly surprised and amazed because the young woman at the drive to pleasantly wished me a good morning and serve me my food with a smile and good wishes rather than harsh or don't care attitude as has been the custom with McDonald's employees. This particular transaction goes from one star to four stars
