This location just never seems to improve. It is not okay to serve food that’s been sitting around so long it has become hard. It is not okay to serve lukewarm coffee. It is not okay to serve hashbrowns that are ice cold.Notoriously long drive-thru lines. Walk-in is not much better, since all of the focus is always on the drive-thru. Comfortable cafe though

About 20 min ago I placed an order in the drive thru. When I picked up my order I had to ask for a tray to carry the multiple drinks my order had. The order was crammed in a single bag-not sure if they were out of appropriate sized bags for a large order. Got all the way to my destination and the ‘large’ fries I ordered was half empty-which I paid more for. We were missing straws for our drinks, no napkins or ketchup for fries. Tried calling the restaurant and the line is busy. Sequence of small mishaps just adding up to an unpleasant experience for the amount I paid.

A Somali girl gave me my food and slammed the winds on my face I front my kids gave a huge terrible attitude and also forget my drink and fries when I came back regarding my missing food she came and started yelling then stormed off the workers did nothing to resolve the situation simply didn’t bring a manger for her behaviour I want a refund McDonald’s or else .

Absolutely no complaints with this McDonald’s. They always get my order right, they’re quick with mobile orders, their tables are always clean, and I absolutely love the decorations they put up for the different holidays. I came in recently and found the cutest bunny hanging out for Easter. They make the season all the more festive.

Why tf ya’ll keep robbing me? This is the THIRD TIME (that I can remember) that yall have charged me food and NOT given it to me?? One of the employees convinced me to try the blueberry pies so I ordered two for my dad and brother and why did I just realize now that they didn’t even pack it in my bag for me? Last time they forgot a WHOLE SANDWICH and the time before that they forgot my fries.

They ALWAYS forget to bag items in the drive thru at this location So annoying. This is after the people confirmed the same thing 10 times and still mess up. There’s some staff that have been here for a while I don’t see anymore and they were a lot better.
