The old lady that works window with the glasses is very rude. I go there all the time and the majority of time she seems irritated and very abrupt when she speaks. Please have basic customer service abilities. I will consider DT from now on just to avoid her from serving me.

We go to this location regularly and have had inconsistent service. Too many wrong orders in the past to get a 5 star, though today they were efficient and correct even during the busy lunch rush. Kids loved the in door play area when they were younger. It is a busy place, always. Be prepared to wait for your food.

Ordered the current promo (chicken cheeseburger,) for myself and my wife. No sauce, pickles or onions on anything. Chicken, burger patty cheese thats it. All 3 that I ordered are the same. Do better

The table service at the Meadowvale location is excellent!!! The servers have a smile and greeting, something that is out of the norm for a chain restaurant.
