I’ve been coming to this location for many years, today I came with my girlfriend and her parents. It’s early and the restaurant is slow, not many people, at first I was not happy as there was no hostess, a server came and informed us that the hostess was sent home and sat us at what she said is her favourite booth (it is a great booth, by the window) anywayyy our server Kristina was also the one who sat us. She was very attentive, made, if our drinks were low she replaced them, sheChecked on us just enough, not too much. She’s the best server I’ve had here in years, and in the last few months especially. We need more servers like Kristina.Side not the portobello chicken is by far the best dish

Attended the LeadTribes networking lunch there today, ordered the Baja Fish Tacos. Yummy food and the staff was top notch. As a business professional I highly recommend this location for all your lunch meetings and you should also consider it when hosting events.

So we went on family day. Nobody come to us to take order for 20mins at least. Then we didn't receive for next 30mins then we didn't get our drinks for another 30mins. I mean if it's really under new management. You guys should leave this place. It's so pathetic. Even the supervisor with specs on was just laughing and having Gossips with colleagues. That's really bad hospitality. NEVER RECOMMENDED.

Overall, the food was quite good. They were having some challenges with service that night so some of our drinks and food was delayed but overall good experience and quality of food seem fantastic.

On valentine’s day today, we waited 3 hours for food and the restaurent only focus on uber or skip. 3 of are adjuscent table couple’s left the place without even getting anything to eat and manager was hiding in the back somewhere and poor server is all over but no one listened to her.

Bad experience. Valentines Day 2024. 2 hours 18 minutes to get entrees - they weren't even that busy. Had the portobello mushroom chicken. Salty and the chicken was dry - there's not enough sauce. Wham-Bam Shrimp appetizer was decent. Double-charged for drinks. Server had to come out multiple times to tell us "food is coming in FIVE minutes". Appreciate it, but I'm well aware of how long it has taken, and how long five minutes is. You came out the last time, fifteen minutes ago.Congregation of food delivery drivers just hanging out behind me throughout the meal. Everybody was upset at the slow service. I've never heard so many apologies in my life. They were not understaffed, just terribly unorganized. It is apparent that their kitchen is not prepared to handle the online ordering and is overwhelmed. This comes at the direct expense of the dine-in customers. If you can't service the people who walk in, why bother having a seating area? Preset tip starts at 18%. Avoid this place!Parking: It is next to a LA Fitness but there were plenty of spots around 8PM on a Wednesday.
