Been going go this MrSub for over 15 years and since the Greek family owned it. New owners started well with family and very hospitable and friendly. Since they started hiring other workers aside feom the owners kids the service and food has gone down the tube. Bread was stale, not fresh, quantities now diminished, if you want extras of toppings clerk has been informed to charge extra and attitude on employees nother story. Whatever happened service with a smile. Employees behind counter has been changing Pbly why they got another one and not much better or experience as now you get a sloppy messy sub. The sub sauce also is no longer the sauce that it ever was. Used to Take family there and friends but cutting that off as not returning as it's getting worse as opposed to better. Problem in Brampton is that most business being taken over and bought out are either getting worse, quality and quantity diminished or they won't last long and go out of business due to lack of the product and service that existed b4 they took over. Sad to say but reality. I thought after owners and/or Head office read all the reviews posted they would try to improve but unfortunately that's not the case as it's all bout money. I wouldn't recommended it. Good luck!!!!

Cheapest Mr sub I've ver been to. Tomatoes are sliced in half and they charge extra for anything more then the 4 half slices they give its not like this anywhere else. Cheap owners and its so obvious.

I am very pleased with the food and service from this location. Shivani is always very pleasant and polite. The other employees are also very nice. Thumbs up Mr. Sub!!Parking: Plenty of parking. Never an issue.

This location is terrible. The lady working on Sunday was very unfriendly. The ingredients on my Assorted Sub were minimal and the same with my Pizza Sub. If I would have watched them being made, I would have walked out out and gone to Wendy's. Waste of time and money. NEVER going back. Won't let me post 0 stars.

This location never has Louisiana Chicken and when it does you barely get any on your sub. Also when it's sub of the day on Wednesday if they do have Louisiana Chicken they charge full price for it. I've gone 3 times to this location to give them the benefit of the doubt but I keep being disappointed.

Ordered my 3 subs, 1 foot long, one 6 inch and 1 kids. When ordering the kids meal the server laughed at me and said where's the child. I was ordering take out and wasn't with me. Didn't make a fuss since it was just a 2 dollar difference, but wow! Horrible service! Never coming back.-First off, the chuckle was not necessary and poor customer service. And to your point, all major fast food restaurants do not ask your child to be present when ordering for them. Customers are not out here to trying to get you.
This location has very fresh veggies and the sub is also delicious. They have few vegetarian options but they are so good. I personally like the tex mex black bean sandwich. Would like to go again.

I’m a huge fan of Mr.Sub! Won’t be returning to this location though - the manager (possibly the owner) is so rude!! I’ve never heard anyone speak to customers like that, complete lack of basic customer service ability. After overhearing her speak to the customer ahead of me it left a bad taste in my mouth. No need for that kind of energy when we’re all just here for a sandwich
