The management- supervisor or manager or whoever that person is - has zero customer service! Very unprofessional! Only untrained staff argues with customers! And she is one!No courtesy and respect!She blamed me for incorrect handling of the bag as their cheap bag just give way and everything just fell on the ground!. It could be because the food was hot and thus softened the paper bag or improper packing of food by their staff! How can that be customer’s fault! Then provide a stronger bag!

I love nandos, But i was very disappointed today when i ordered Rainbow Chicken Bowl, i saw the lady touching her nose few times while making the food and cutting the vegies, and sprinkling the cheese ....without gloves, i asked why they making the food without gloves? They were too hesitated to answer they called the manager she explained it's not mandatory to were gloves in toronto! She offered to make it again and she asked all her kitchen staff to wear gloves while making the food. But she can't promise they will be wearing gloves next time unless requested in advanced and no gurantees.. manager apologised in a polite and understanding manners.

Hmm.. had better nandos at other locations. Food was served warm not that fresh. We felt chicken was dry and prepared before we placed our order.Had lunch there and Ordered many items.Hummus dip was tasty. Chicken wings were good too.Rainbow Chicken bowl was colorful but rice was cold.Tried 2 sandwiches.Chicken sandwich was ok but it could be better.Nandocas choice. This is same as chicken sandwich with coleslaw but was tasty.Peri Mac was fresh and tasted goodOverall it was a mixed experience. Service was good.

Management was extremely rude and food was not even close to heartland location. Food took over 1 hr and while tables were dirty. I would not recommend to visit this location. We usually go to heartland and have a very pleasant experience.Parking: Lots of parking infront of restaurant and nearby.
Workers are very polite and I am pleased with the service they have provided, as for the food the cooks were amazing and brought us a wonderful meal 10/10
Worst experience , poor service. While taking order they didn't mentioned any wait time & kept us waiting for one hour, when we asked them for food they mentioned that thy have missed our order & preparing it now, then we took our cash back & left without food.

Worst experience, lost one hour just waiting for the food to come in as people around us who ordered after us got their meals.Went in for a dine in on 24th Feb 2024..It turned out after one hour of wait time that our order was never processed, even though we went twice in between to check on the order and once they said its coming up and then they said there is wait time on chicken (well everyone else was having chicken as well).Later they explained it was not processed actually. got back the money that as well not in my preferred method since they could do cash only. Walked out without any meal after wasting one hour.

The best Nando experience in GTA thus far!!We all swear by Nando's and I was glad to see the consistent quality and taste but best of all, great service by the staff here. The girls were all doing such a fabulous job being timely and checking with all tables. The patron should be proud of their staff here.The seating is spacious and comfortable (better than some other store locations).The quality of the chicken, fries, salads, drinks, dessert were all hitting the right spot.The washroom was clean and trendy (loved it!)We had a blast with trying all the Peri-Peri sauces and will definitely visit again.Highly recommend this place for all chicken lovers!!!Vegetarian options: There are very few veg options like Veggie burger and salad.Dietary restrictions: It is difficult to customize orders here as the food has a standard recipe.
