If you're a fan of places like Manchu Wok, Shanghai 360, etc, go here instead, cheaper, bigger portion and tastier (from what I've tried which is usually black pepper beef or mushroom beef/chicken with steamed rice and a wonton soup). Probably better for you too since it tends to taste less salty. You can probably even get two meals out of one order unless you're hungry or have a big appetite. I like the ramen too that you can get across the counter sometimes. Only unfortunate part is you are still in a busy grocery store so if it can take some time to check out if people are you know... Doing groceries. Still recommend over the aforementioned places though

A big store! Lot of variety in food! Most of the labels are non-English leaving non-Asian person guessing the food or ingredients. But talk about different categories of food items from candy to dried fish. Their fish stock is also unmatched to any other store. Lots and lots of greens and fruits too and of good quality. My only wish is if there was regular staff available in aisles to translate or answer queries in English.. we would buy lot more! They also have cooked food for purchase. Overall good place to buy veges, fish, diff teas, sea kelp etc.

Nations Chinese supermarket owned by Oceans , best and only market with amazing cooked takeout fried, steamed, seafood, dimsum, anywhere near Oakville, Burlington. box of steamed jasmine rca only $2.50! Most takeout boxes $6 to $12! Fried tofu, wings, sushi made fresh everyday, pastries , cakes, Chinese buns, bbq pork, rotisserie chicken half $5.99, fresh seafood, raw chiken wings $1.99lb? Wow, now I can move to Mississauga Oakville! Forget Toronto traffic.

Well priced hot food and take out food area with a lot of choice. They had way more pre-COVID but closed everything down. Now they're starting to open things back up again and making some changes too. Nice to see it come back, but still a little messy at the front where some of the made to order hot food was located. TIP: They don't take credit cards. Only cash or debit. There is also an express cash to the left of the main cashiers if you are getting some of the ready made foods.Vegetarian options: Some limited vegetarian options available.Parking: Parking is a little tight and crazy.

Normally will come here for grocery shopping, love the cooked food but very bad customer service, if you don't speak the language ( Chinese) or not a white person, you'll be ignored, be fair to all customers.

WARNING! very gross!! Quality at this place keeps going down hill, 1) I found a pube in my cake, yes I bought sliced cake and at the buttom of the plastic container was a pube. Not it wasn't from la Rocca it was their staff handling the product that let it slip in 2) DISGUSTING man clipping his nails at the sushi bar, you can legit hear the sound of nails being clipped echoing the prepared food area. Honestly how do you have such lack of awareness to do this infront of customers. To make matters worse they had another co-worker just not even commenting on it working nearby. DISGUSTING!!

I find the hot food table items disgustingly greasy and unhealthy. This is not what I want to feed my family. The meat section is full of substandard meat and the selection is very limited. As for the fish section, this takes the cake when it comes to customer service. They serve Asian people from the back of the line , despite protest from non Asians that were waiting. I have personally witnessed this on several occasions and was also a victim of this Asian racist bias. On one occasion, my wife who is Caucasian was yelled at for placing her empty grocery cart in the wrong place, this is after buying $250.00 in grocery . No regard for customers and the money spent. The staff,the ones that came from China needs to get in tune with the Canadian culture of politeness, respect, decency and respect for people. Communication is also a huge problem with the staff as English is non exsistient. TREAT PEOPLE (ALL RACES) WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT. LEAVE YOUR RACIST WAYS IN CHINA.

These people have no problem being racists to black and brown people and poc in general On many occasions I would join the line and a person of Asian descent would come and jump the line, despite my complaints they would still serve the Asian line jumper. I was there with my mandarin speaking friend and he heard the derogatory things they were saying about Muslim and black people. I was appalled when I heard the translation. I am a poc, but the most racism I have encountered is not from white folks, but Asians, specifically Chinese. These people are only interested in your wallet, the racial hatred they perpetrate is appalling. Poc judge for your self before you give them your business.
