I have visted Nutrition House Square One Mall numerous times and was impressed with the knowledge Lorette(holistic nutritionist) shared and advice she gave me, and the assistance to find the right supplements for my needs and my family's health needs. I highly recommend you visit this location at Square One Mall.

Visited this place after seeing good reviews but was highly disappointed with the sales experience. Bought an Iron supplement of AOR company for 67 CAD, but shortly after came to know, it's available for much less in another website. When I went to return the item (on same day), the salesperson was shockingly rude about returning and asked me 'not to visit the store again'. That's some serious unprofessional behaviour. If store policy allows me to return, don't understand what prompted him to stoop so low in his behaviour and how can it be tolerated. Pathetic! Please avoid this store if possible.

Amazing service everytime i go there. David the manager is very knowledgeable and always a pleasure to chat with and lorette is one of the most pure hearted people I’ve ever met. I see her always helping out customers with so much enthusiasm and concern for their health/wellbeing

I can't bring myself to rate this store anything other than 5 stars, and the highlight of my experience was definitely David park. I discovered the store after I started looking for a cure for my chronic illness (but I don't want to go in detail). Eventually, by coincidence, I found Mike Richard's podcast (featuring none other than David park), that brought me to find nutrition house at square one, and I do happen to live near by. I came in to by my supplements, and compared with other nutrition houses, heartland, erin mills, etc.., the customer service was top-notch. In contrast, at square one i'd found much lower prices and a far wider range of products to suit my specific needs. Also I told david i had watched the podcast, and we chatted for a bit about sports, traffic, nutrition, and developments near square one for a bit.

Loveleet (im sorry if this isnt her name) was exceptional. she was very patient and informative. i had no idea where to start and she helped guide me through my shopping experience. the other gentleman there was also very kind. i will definitely be back here for all of my nutritional, supplement needs
