Very rude staff after waiting 30 minutes in the buffet queue to be served in an “ open buffet” Iftar in Ramadan which costs about 60$ plus taxesThe server said “ only one sclice of meat for each customer, so other people can get meat as well” well!!! You you know what is open buffet ?They want me to skip and queue again 30 mins to get more sclice of meat like if it is donation! We are not begging! They are Very rude and for sure never again!!!!Management should study and know and teach staff about meaning of open buffet, and hospitality!!! Then after that can descide if they are qualified to serve an open buffet or not!Customers can eat what they want NOT what server decides to serve, we pay for buffet it is not for free!!!Very rude, dishonest restaurant, and lacks of hospitality ethics.

Friend of mine and I, used to go there every other day after Iftar in Ramadan and most of the time the tables are hardly 30-40 % have customers . We called last Sunday 24 March to make reservation and we we were asked to walk in as most of people leave around 9:30 . We arrived @ 9:30 pm and the attitude was terrible by the reception guy who asked about reservation despite the restaurant was 50% free and many tables were without customers. However , he called another person his name is Ahmad Kylani who presented himself as the BOSS and asked us to wait 5 minutes . We waited 17 minutes and reminded them that we are waiting . Then he selected among 20 free tables the worst one in terms of location and size claiming that all other tables are booked and we don’t have reservation . I am not sure how customers book a specific table and location over the phone .This is the second incident as last week the same happened and we noticed that no one came on many tables supposed to be reserved . The body language , the response of what so called the manager was terrible . We have decided to leave and will never go there again as long as Mr. KAYLANI is the boss .

Iftar in ramadan totally different thn last year..Environment and appetizers (fatoush)are good BUTMain meals are not that good. Steak so dry, mansaf rice watery, lamp kharof dry and beef kabab is the worst(not fresh) and so dry.We were 13 persons and most of them agree..$$$$
