There is a female cashier at the front desk with a big air. I have never seen such a bad attitude of Chinese people in Canada, let alone in service places. There is no distinction between host and guest, his face is full of disdain, his eyes tell you what patience is, how dare you ask me questions? court death? ?It’s like someone died in the family You really treat yourself like a thing??I’ve never seen such a mother-in-law face when dining in a restaurant in Shanghai where I queued for two hours, and it can’t possibly taste so bad?It is recommended that our restaurant staff learn what "face" is before working??

Traditional Hong Kong Style cafe/restaurant. Definite Hong Kong taste. A must try the milk tea. We ordered the Signature Hanenese Chicken w/ Chicken Oil Rice, Chicken Steak & Pork Chop w/ Gravy Sauce on Rice, Baked Ox Tongue in Tomatoe Sauce w/ cheese on rice and Malaysian Curry OX Tongue on Rice. All dishes looks good and delicious. Two thumbs-up.

The food is good overall and well priced so I would definitely come again. We ordered the pork cutlet curry udon, chicken cutlet in Pineapple bun, beef satay with vermicelli and messy holick Boba. The beef satay tastes great but is just noodles, corn, beef and broth, nothing to garnish and an egg on the side is an extra $1.25. The messy holick Boba is pretty basic, not much different from a caramel coffee with some gingery spice to it. Would come back to explore more of the menu!Everything came in plastic including utensils which lowered the atmosphere and isn't preferable for taste. Food did take a little longer than expected, and not at the same time as my wife's but wasn’t more than half an hour for everything.Kid-friendliness: Special kids meals that are advertised to come in car bowls, high chairs and booster seats available for use.

I ordered hainanese chicken, my hubby-something else. We both regretted our choice so much due to these reasons:- Portion!!! As a female who gets full very easily, I ended up not full and hungry at the end of my dinner. And also, my hubby, too. WE HAD TO ORDER SOMETHING ELSE FROM OTHER PLACE.-Even though they had unique taste, the presentation and color was sooo pale and poor. It was served on 1-time disposable plate.-my hubby's food that had spice in it was tooo much for the mild level. It was that bad bad.We are new locals in the area, so we are on the hunt of good restaurants. It was our first and last time to eat with this place.

The food is excellent, our server was so pleasant and accommodating, and the Atmosphere is open and comfortable.I had duck with corn and rice in a delicious sauce, and it was Awesome. Everyone at our table enjoyed their food. Not only will we be happy to return, but I can easily recommend the Phoenix Café if you haven't tried it already.

We usually go to the one in North York so it's good to see this one in Mississauga.Food was good and came to our table about 10 mins after ordering. Not a huge portion but big enough to get full on. We like the baked rice dishes the most. As a fried egg on top!
Cute, chill spot near Square One! A classic HK cafe, with great service. Our servers were very amicable and lively, it was fun conversing with them. The Malaysian Curry was hitting. The baked fish with cream sauce and cheese however is not that crazy, it nearly destroyed

Great chill place to hang and eat. Classic Hong Kong style food that my wife really loves to eat. It can get busy during the weekend so plan accordingly.
I arrived there when early so only one table there, ordered a mango milkshake and pork chop, and then quickly served the pork chop with rice. After ten minutes, there was no milkshake, and then there began to be more guests. I ate and waited for half an hour. Then after eating for half an hour, I wanted to pay the bill without milk shake (the other tables arrived much later than me were already served, and hasn‘t served my milk shake). The woman told me that they were already doing it. Then I went to wait for another ten minutes. When I came to her, she saw me. At this time, had been waiting for 40 minutes before she began to do my milk shake. It was finished in 2 minutes in front of me. They could do it more earlier, however no. And she said that I had to wait, otherwise would not let me pay the bill and just wanted to sell it to me forcibly. This is the second time I have come to this store and will never come again. The first time I pay zero tip. I suppose if I don’t tell them, they gonna make the milkshake after 1h later.

Our family goes regularly to this restaurant. There is great variety and reasonable prices. Everybody can find something they want on the menu each time we go to Phoenix Cafe.
