Walked in super hungry looking for a quick bite, was greeted by a sweet elder lady with a hijab. She helped me choose between the chicken and beef shawarma. I went with the chicken which was super juicy and just enough sauce that it is flavourful but not soggy and dripping everywhere. Nice local family spot, will definitely come again!

The best chicken sharwarma I have ever tried in Mississauga, better than many other shawarma places out there, will be returning there soon!
We got a chicken shawarma dinner plate! The food was good and they give you enough quantity to fill up 2 people. Good taste!

i ordered off uber eats, but my salad had bugs in it. i used to eat here all the time and it was always great. i dont know if owners changed or something but 1 time my chicken was sour and i couldnt eat it, then another time there were bugs in my salad. i cant order from here. i tried to give it another chance but the bugs... it wasn't even 1there were 5 in there. were these even washed? i dont know. maybe i just had badluck but its never been like this before covid... did owners change?

my Worst experience at this eating place today . Lady who served me and my brother was extremely rude to us . Her expression while making our wrap and tone was so racist and it seems like she dont want to serve us . i ll never ever enter this place again and recommend my community to no go there cuz of these types of workers. in addition , i went to the counter after getting served just to get a straw but she ignored me and walked away . if any manager or owner looking at this please stop this type or behavior at your place.

I’m a regular here but the food has been on the salty side lately. Though also they have reduce the portion of the fries and sometimes they gives us less chicken.
Watch out with these guys. If you don’t speak the language they won’t give you salad with your rice/chicken dinner. If you don’t specify they won’t give you sauces or pita with the dinners either , they’ll actually give you souvlaki without any sauces and pita without any hummus, and when you go home you end up having no sauces and/or pita even though it’s supposed to come with it. What’s the point of saving Pennies when you’re loosing customers . I just edited my 5 star review and won’t be coming back after coming for over 10 years. It’s the most expensive in the area/industry as well, and their portions are much smaller than before.15% price increase , and 30% portion decrease , you’re basically paying double now compared to just a couple years back. Good luck guys you lost a loyal customer who’d frequently bring friends/ family for take out .

I've enjoyed Pita and Grill since they were 1 store only at the old tomken location! They have the best shawarmas like I'm back home or my mama made them. Great food, great service and great people that work there. Thank you for keeping my stomach happy !
