Staff had to throw out a pizza because there were insects crawling out of the box. Not sure why they have so many reviews about insects with their pizza and they just shrug it off. Do something about it. How hard is it to deal with insect infestations?

Been ordering from this location for some time and had a reasonably pleasant experience, but last night this young girl at the counter was terribly rude. Asked her a question and she just looked at me like I was from Mars and didn't respond, just stared. Won't be going back if I can help it. Bad enough their pizza's are half the size they were 10 years ago.

Worst customer experience in 20 years at a pizza shop. I ordered large pizza with hot peppers and asked this new guy not to put peppers on 2 of the slices so that my 3 year old child can eat it not spicy. He wouldn’t cooperate and would tell me to go order another medium pizza for my child, or don’t put toppings on half the pizza. I’ve been to this location many times and the rest of the staff is excellent. This was the first time I interacted with this guy and his terrible customer skills. I ended up going across the street to Pizza Pizza and they always give me an excellent customer experience. Don’t get me wrong pizza nova is usually excellent but this guy just shouldn’t be in the consumer industry. Put him in the back office to lift gear in storage rooms as he lacks customer experience skills.

Bought a slice of pizza for my niece and a Caesar salad for my daughter. While eating at home, we noticed something black in the salad. Yup, it's a dead fly.Disgusting!!!!
