As a longterm avid fan of Pizzaiolo pizzas, I would absolutely not recommend this location after my most recent experience. Go anywhere else as the customer service is completely unacceptable and there is zero accountability for errors.I paid $44 for an XL pizza for a party I was attending. Upon getting to my destination one of the guests asked why the pizza didn't have feta like usual. I thought maybe I made a mistake when ordering, but when I checked my order confirmation it was listed in the toppings.I called this location to let them know they missed an ingredient. I'm paying nearly $4 for every ingredient so I might as well be reimbursed. The gentleman on the line told me that his staff absolutely added feta to the pizza. I was taken aback. I see my pizza and there is no feta on it. They then tell me "well since you "BELIEVE" there is no feta on your pizza, I can offer you a free dipping sauce next time."A $1.15 dipping sauce for missing $3.79 in ingredient?I'm sorry, but I told this gentleman this was an unacceptable solution. I don't ever get dipping sauces with my pizza. I wanted at least some form of discount. He said he is not qualified to give discounts, he'll talk to his supervisor and call me back.He calls me back after five minutes and starts with 'there was definitely feta on your pizza. It's just melted so you can't tell."This is absolutely absurd behavior. You're going to gaslight your customers?!I got upset and said I know what feta looks and tastes like on a pizza. I know there is none on my pizza. And he said he can give me a discount. I ask what confirmation can I get that he's not just saying that. He told me his manager will call me back on Monday.It's Tuesday. No phone call. This is absolutely not the way to handle customers or run a business. This is blatant disrespect and it's ruined my opinion of this establishment.

I order 2 medium pizza and been told to come back within 30 mins. When I came back I saw another man with 2 medium pizza and it seems these people have a favoritism to thar individual man. Obviously he didn't have to wait as long as I did. It seems that a race of a person matters at this location. I have one pizza ready but the second pizza I had to wait again while that first person left with 2 medium pizza and I'm sure one of those was for me.Not happy with this location and the people that is operating it.

Worst customer service in Canada, the parking lot is always full outside, you should waste a lot of time to find a right spot. Won't recommend it to everybody. you don't need to waste valuable time in life to find a right parking and then eat the just so-so pizza.

I order 2 medium pizzas at the store waited 30 minutes two guys that work tonight there were so lazy i think they were high or something laughing and not paying attention to costumers ... i will not recommend this place to anyone and i will never come to this location again !!! Ordered an extra large pizza and got a medium pizza as the image shows. Paid extra for pepperoni and it was not added. Flavor was good and it was fresh.

Pizza was undercooked and they tried to charge me for extra toppings which were already included in the special. They were either to stupid or just didn't care. Staff are absolutely useless Would not recommend coming here.
