So I went to this place instead of the location that I usually go to at Dundas and Cawthra. I placed an order for a Spinach and Artichoke flatbread. When I got home and opened the box, I knew right away it’s not the same flatbread I’m used to. It is missing the spicy sauce, Parmesan, mozzarella, bocconcini cheese, cherry tomatoes and the most important of all…the artichoke!!! - if any its here and there. To be honest, what I got is a spinach pizza with tomato sauce!!! Never again!!!

So I recently tried out this awesome pizza spot called Pizza ville in Mississauga. Let me tell you, their pizzas are absolutely delicious! The crust was perfectly crispy, and they had a great variety of toppings to choose from. I went with their Margherita pizza, and it was so flavorful with fresh basil and bocconcini cheese. The service was friendly and the prices were reasonable too. I highly recommend giving Pizzaville a try if you're in the mood for some tasty pizza!
First time ordering from here, and it’s the last time. Ordered the Ponzo # 3 combo. Got the 12 chicken poppers or whatever they’re called. No sauce on chicken. Ponzo’s were tiny. Hardly any mushrooms or cheese (ordered extra cheese).Came with only 1 dipping sauce. Asked for an extra one. The cashier is like you pay? I’m like well, yah, but if you want to provide good customer service, throw in the extra dipping sauce. No brainier. You just made $35 and you’re giving away a dipping sauce.Stay away. It’s overpriced garbage.I’ll gladly go to an authentic Italian pizzaria next time.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had ordering food from this location specifically. Impressed this dump is not out of business yet. Live in a condo so drivers are not allowed up. Concierge tells Mr Singh to leave the pizza, since I ordered contactless delivery. Driver Singh decides to call me as I'm in the elevator on the way down to get the pizza. I can't answer with no service so Mr Singh brilliantly takes off with my pizza after waiting maybe 2 minutes. I ask my concierge what happened she said he left with my pizza. Most bizarre experience in my life. Pizzaville needs to pay their drivers more, they are stealing customers pizzas. I called customer service for a refund and I get my money back in 3 businesses days. Actually laughable. Well deliverydriver Singh, I hope you enjoy the free pizza.
