When I stepped in to the restaurant it was so clean, neat and tidy even though they were busy and the owner and the staff they also are so polite and they take care of your order as if it was there families order. The quantity of the toppings was great and the quality and the taste took the pizza to a next level and by now I probably went to this place more than 250 times. It was a great experience I would want to give this a seven star rating but it is not possible or I would have done it.

Stay away from this place. Placed an order online for pickup, I arrived 30 mins after I placed the order, no one was working, there was a paper plate on the door with a phone number to call. Called the number they said someone would be there soon. After 10 mins a random guy arrives, my order wasn’t even started and he starts making food, not washing his hands and picking his teeth!!!This place is so unsanitary you’re putting yourself at risk by accepting any food from here. Never again, so gross!Exceptionally poorly run business.
Ordered half an hour in advance, did not start making pizza until we arrived, with no apologies. We had to wait 20 minutes in the car for our order. We were the only customers there so they weren’t busy making other orders or anything. Normally love pizzaville but would avoid this location.

I want to share my experience which happened on 1 May 2023, Monday afternoon. My wife lost her gold necklace..It cost around 2500 CAD.Everybody told we lost it .Forget it. We searched everywhere wherever we go from 2. 45 pm to 6.30 pm.Atlast we came back once more to this place because my wife went to the beauty parlour here. Surprisingly one man called us and asked what happened and why you are searching here. we told we lost our gold chain. He asked does it has any special symbols?we told the Ohm locket and date behind that and the CCTV footage we took from all other locations. Then he gave the chain and told he got it from the parking slot. He was Mr.Prijesh Patel , he is working in this pizza shop.He is such a great and honest man.We never forget him.May God bless him and his family abundantly. May God give him good health and long life. Me and my whole family will remember him forever because it was a special chain and locket that we start to wear from our wedding day as a religious symbol. Thank you Sir

Terrible store. The guy who I ordered from sat down staring at me while I was at the register for a minute just talking on the phone. He didn’t say a word to to me and continued to talk on the phone the entire time I was trying to place my order. Didn’t use gloves while prepping the order, ate food while he was making mine, put his hands in his mouth to eat his food and didn’t wash his hands when he took the food out of the oven. Had to throw it out because of the lack of sanitation. This place needs to be investigated by a health inspector.

Closes at 9pm, not 11pm. The online system allowed me to place a future order, because the online hours say 11pm. Luckily they called early to tell me to come pick up the pizza. Guy was pretty much waiting in his car when I arrived.
