I usually love pizzaville, our pizza was so undercooked it was a joke. The cheese was barely melted and of course the crust was basically white from being so raw. It was the middle of the day and not busy at all so I don't see any excuse for this. My cousin just moved in around the corner so I will be in the area often but do not think ill be ordering from this location again

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered a chicken pizza and there was pepperoni on it. I can't simply take it off because of religious reasons. Customer service offered absolutely no compensation and instead wasted hours of my day and ruined my dinner. Terrible experience, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Horrible experience with this order from their App. Can’t find the Oder status and store location after you ordered. The food is even worse. The buffalo wing is fried more like black wings. The pasta is tasteless I feel like I’m chewing plain pasta. The pizza when I open the box 2 slices was folded(forgot to take a photo), the cheese is very minimum and the prosciutto is handful. This is my first time order pizzaville and it will be my last one as well. Very very disappointed!

This was always our 'go to' pizza place and there has been a change in ownership and it's awful. The pepperoni tasted like it was all filler and there was no cheese. A true disappointment..I would not go back.

This past weekend was our first visit to this location and we were quite pleased with the food AND also the service. The ingredients were fresh and toppings were abundant. We will definitely be back!
