Customer service is so bad. Ladies don’t even know wo how to talk to the customer. They speak in local language and speak bad words for the people. I think owner should consider this as a serious issue

worst location the workers are the laziest just mindlessly chat amongst themselves and the food is very poor I only favor the blackened chicken sandwich. This time after awhile of eating their food think will be the last the chicken wings were fine but the buffalo chicken wrap was served cold not even filling no napkins in bag....

This place can be suuuper busy at times. Good and bad as the food is usually fresh. They have been improving on turn-around time. Chicken is cooked right; tender, juicy while not overly greasy.After trying out over a dozen other fast food and gourmet chicken sandwiches. This is still top 3.
I feel really bad there, I ordered from my mobile. Nobody come to package my orders and I wait there for 40 minutes. I tried to ask them about why my orders are not ready, they did not answer and just kept doing others. Finally, I got food in almost 1 hour. I will not come there anymore. That is the worst service ever.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and two pieces of chicken. The sandwich was very cold, so I informed the lady. She said she could heat it if I wanted. I asked, 'How can you heat the sandwich with mayo and pickles?' I requested a fresh one instead. She then took a piece of chicken and burnt it to make it hot. This used to be my favorite location, but I will never return to this location again.
Ordered 2piece platter today and recieved two dry tiny chicken and believed those were from yesterday. Dissappointed

It’s honestly a hit or miss every single time with Popeyes. Sometimes their burgers are juicy and crunchy. And other times they are tooooooooo salty and oily. They need to pay more attention to this.

I love this Popeyes location. I always come here and order 6 pieces of breast chicken with buttermilk ranch dips. Despite the busy atmosphere, all of the staff are awesome, always preparing my order fresh and cooking it just right. ? Thumbs up for you guys. Keep it up!
