We came from CT and there was a guy who we requested to make fresh ones cause the one we had the night before were just waste of money and the chicken was hard tenders were just like hard piece of rock. After waiting like 10 mintues our order was so fresh and hot ? that we really enjoyed it. Thank you

I have always been a fan of Popeyes. We ordered ghost pepper wings which are amazing. Seasoned fries and ghost pepper wings with sweet heat is the best combo. I highly recommend to all wing lovers.
Very bad customer service by a girl. I was there to buy nuggets in the afternoon. She threw a recipe on the table, and when I asked for napkins, she threw it again.No welcome, no thanks, nothing.I told her thanks, and she was behaving like she was donating food. I'm never going back there again.

Food here is alright. They always skimp on portion sizes, the franchise owner for this specific location has always made sure to serve the smallest pieces of chicken on days where there’s deals going on (i.e., Tuesday special).They always serve the worst quality, smallest pieces chicken on deal days probably just to get rid of them and if you bring it up to them, they deny any lack of quality.I made a massive order for 14 toonie Tuesday deals for my staff at an event and it was embarrassing how small the chicken is.I called in to complain and the first worker denied ever having served poor quality chicken and the second employee straight out admitted that the owner purposely does that.In the past it wasn’t ever like this at this location but it’s been happening for the last year or so.I wish I had pictures to show for it but if I make an order here again, I’ll definitely update my review.
