I bought a jerk chicken dinner, i paid 14 dollars and got half of one small drum stick and a small thigh- the rest were bones, they literally gave me meatless bones. This lady prepared my food and never asked me if i wanted white or dark meat then at cash said i got white meat. I’m left with rice, and had to go back for coleslaw.I regret not watching her portion the food and just going over to pay, really seems like she intended to give me stingy meatless pieces because no one with a brain would serve as many bones as i got.A man at the register had better customer service but overall i don’t suggest this place and i should have gotten little Caesar’s.

Very very disappointed. I spend lots of money here and lately they do not follow order instructions, even when you call them before ordering. I’ve paid extra for things and don’t receive them or get a refund. Not even a call. On some days food is really good on certain days it’s like they’re lazy. This jerk chicken is a prime example. Has no taste and undercooked. I also ordered 2 boneless large curry and only received one. Do not order off Uber eats, better off going in person.Update 01/29/2024Potluck replied here but still hasn’t rectified or addressed my issues via email. They haven’t even replied back. Simply won’t suggest or spend anymore money here.

Drove down to Mississauga for business & I’m soo content that we found Potluck Caribbean Cuisine.No other restaurants,in town, is as authentic as this one.No mass production involved,it’s strictly Caribbean(chefs,food,flavour,decoration,music & ambiance.)We’ve been picking up food for two days now & tomorrow will be the third.I highly recommend this cuisine.

Had the pleasure of getting Jerk chicken and rice to go from here last weekend.I like trying different restaurants (not chain) when I'm out of town and I love Caribbean food so when I saw this place was near my hotel, it was an easy choice.Portions are excellent, chicken was tender and the jerk sauce had a nice kick while not being over-powering.I wish I had ordered a bucket of the coleslaw, it was very good!A couple of patrons were super friendly and ensured I was well taken care of. If your customers are that nice to a stranger coming in for the first time, it speaks well of the restaurant.Parking: It's a plaza, loads of parking.

The Dundas location Stew Peas dinner was horrible, the worst tasting ever. If they are unable to live up to the quality they had years ago they should remove it from the menu. Extreme waste of money! Do not buy!

Definitely felt discriminated during our visit. It was all smiles and chatter with other customers and they treated us with rude faces. Even served other customers before us even though we were in the line before others. Even the tone of voice used when serving us was loud and rude.
