Although it's a chain, the service here was exceptional. Our server was amazing and even the manager came by to check in on us. Food was very good, we were a group of 4 enjoying lobster fest. We all left full, enjoyed our meals which were tasty and very happy with the service. The only red lobster I would go out of my way to go to.

Tonya went above and beyond for our table! She genuinely cares about the experience of her guests and made us feel like family!! There is nothing better than a server like that. It was especially appreciated today because my family was celebrating my dad’s birthday and she really made it the best time ever. So attentive, so hospitable, and so entertaining. It was a real treat to be served by her!! My family and I have been coming to red lobster for years and often get good service, but todays was OUTSTANDING ? thank you again Tonya!

Have to give zero star for the reception staff who let me wait excessively at the bar counter while i could easily see my delivery order is in place at the cabinet and they haven’t bothered while I asked them to check. every staff was busy chatting and once I insisted to recheck the order, her body language was like to put me on more wait which surely I didn’t let her to do so, as I recalled my items. Note to the owner: these new gen Z lads at such big names of restaurant chains, shouldn’t be hired at once unless perfectly trained to be professional and wise enough how to deal with every walk-in client. Thumbs down to the evening staff of 12 April 2024 @ 1935hrs. You guys are in service industry not in cheating industry

She is very friendly, patient, attentive, personable and takes pride in the work she does. She is absolutely our favorite and is highly recommended.
