This location is the best we’ve been to yes service is slow but for freshly prepared food worth the wait and having a beer helps. Staff pleasant but the floor manager is the best. I watch him constantly manage the floor plus interact with every table to ensure they’re satisfied. We drive from Brampton as both locations don’t work for us. One is too small and noisy other one offers bad service so never stayed for food.

Horrible service. 15-20 minutes to place an order and another 30 minutes for food. Steak was lukewarm so complained and they took it away. They came back a few minutes later with the same steak and fries, probably just put it under the broiler for a minute or two. Fries were now overcooked. No corn in the cob, received overcooked frozen corn. Had to ask for steak sauce and ketchup. No one came to check if we needed anything else. When we were done we were advised we could have a complimentary dessert for our lengthy wait. Decided to decline as we were afraid we’d have to wait 30 minutes for that. No discount received. Few people left after waiting 10-15 minutes without anyone coming to take even a drink order. Wo t be going back to this location.

Run!!!!! Steak is tough. Flavour enhanced and extra salty. Baked potato was punny.. dried out with a brown interior! Second larger but not better. Served with crumbly "butter".served with a side of corn nibblets you would find in a cafeteria. Staff was pleasant.

There was a shortage of fries for the loaded cheese fries but you can still get fries on the side how does that make any sense. I am very disappointed!

We went to Chuck's on Dundas Street recently to watch a hockey game. The food was good, as usual but the most impressive part of the evening was our Bartender/Serve, Sava. She was pleasant and efficient. But, I was so pleasantly surprised to watch her attention to detail and ensuring she provided excellent customer service. One of the beer taps was not working properly and she had to pour head off and then continue to fill the glass. So that the person getting the glass wouldn't get beer on their hands, she would take the full glass and rinse the sides with clean water. Who does that??!! Well done Sava!

A good burger or fish and chips for $10 less than the other franchises. A great place to meet friend(s) for an inexpensive pint or lunch. Open and bright atmosphere. Service good, and food comparable to competitors. Not disappointed after a dozen visits.

I have never been to this chain but it was great value for money and service was decent at this location. Good solid meal with the 7oz top sirloin and lobster tail for $25 and pop is only $3 and free refills. I needed greens which is hard to find on this meat-centred menu and only available as a Caesar salad (I added chicken for $4 more) and it was surprisingly FANTASTIC!! I was pleasantly surprised and it was very filling, fresh and great value ($15 total for "Chuck size"). Service was a tad slow but no biggie and plenty of room in the booth tables. Lots of tv monitors for the sports-minded. Vegetarians could eat here too. (Not sure about the vegans and gluten-free folks.) Otherwise carnivore heaven, plus seafood options. Plenty of parking. Handy place to eat before going to the airport (if you are not in a hurry!)

They advertised they were open on Christmas Day. Several of us came to enjoy the NFL games. There we 6 of us here at 1:00 and the manager, Vishnu, decided he was closing. In the next 10 minutes they turned away 11 paying customers. Great way to run a business and ruin the day for their regular customers. T
they took my wallet and charged me double with my authorization. then when i said i lost my wallet they said they couldn’t find it but then magically it turned up in their “trash” DO NOT GO HERE

We came as a family of 4 to Chucks Roadhouse Mississauga and our dinner out was excellent. Food was delicious and service was excellent. We were served by Sara…she made sure our two children (2 and 3 years old) were happy and enjoyed their meal. The wait times for our food was also very reasonable. Restaurant was also very clean. I would highly recommend for a happy, friendly and inviting environment.

Worst customer service , food was not cooked properly , no cooperation , they are rude towards their customer very poor service and food. Despite request that food is not cooked properly and taste less, they didnt offer to replace or cut from the bill despite that we asked them to throw it as was tasteless food. Also beer was not Chilled.

What the heck? Do you have cheese in the resto? Apparently you guys forgot that both the nachos and potato skins are advertised with cheese. Seriously, not worth the effort. We've been patronizing this local restaurant since it opened pre pandemic but for the simplest and might I say, most expensive $45 nachos, potato skins and a beer, WE WONT be back.
