I placed an order through skip for the first time. They gave the wrong order to the delivery guy but called me right away to advise me of what happened. They then offered to deliver my order and I got it within 15 min of that phone call. I really appreciate a business that owns up to their mistakes and does everything to rectify it. The packaging is 10/10 and the food is fresh and tastes amazing. The serving size was a lot especially for the price. Definitely will be ordering from them again!

One of the worst experiences i’ve had with a restaurant in a while. I had high expectations with their images and reviews but boy was i wrong. They had me wait an enormously amount time for one singular item when no one else was waiting at the time and at the end of it all, they had me cancel my order. The waiters were so rude when i tried to check up on my order, they had me wait and said ‘i don’t know where it is’ when i asked where is my food. At one point they straight up lied to me and said ‘They kitchen manager said it come in 5 mins’ (it didn’t). And when I asked where it was, they made it feel like they were the victim. I noted that i was on a time crunch and they ignored me. I couldn’t help to notice this is a primarily caucasian restaurant and that in the first 20 mins there was a caucasian women i was waiting with. She order much more food that i did and she got hers right away. I had to wait 1 hour and a half for false promises. Don’t be fooled with their good reviews, it’s a rude restaurant with rude and racist people in it.

One word Spectacular. From the presentation to the food. They say if it looks good it tastes good too!Rico is one of the best ghost kitchens I have experienced yet. You order through the app. Its based out of Drake A Frikin Pub. I had a little difficulty locating it naturally so I called in and the gentleman was very professional and precisely told us how it will work.We ordered the Taco and Burrito Bowl which was OMG goodness. The presentation can be seen in the pictures and I love how detailed they are with it. Definitely ? and visiting soon.Vegetarian options: Yes!

My absolute favourite place to order from when I’m craving Mexican food. They have such a good variety of different foods, their ingredients are excellent, and it’s not a fake Mexican style restaurant. It’s super affordable and really worth the price. The portions are pretty good. I order from here at least once a week, I look forward to having it for lunch the night before, such a great spot. They don’t really have indoor dining since it’s inside another restaurant so you have to order via Uber, but that’s not an issue for me.

I'll preface that I usually do delivery, therefore I don't have any experience with their physical location.I usually get the burrito because it basically last me for lunch and a bit of dinner. The flavours are pretty good, not overwhelming despite being huge.Their packaging, presentation and even small touches like expiring hand sanitizer in the delivery package is nice regardless (after all, how expired can rubbing alcohol and gel really be).The price is a bit steep but it's not anything that is ridiculous over competition but the flavours are much better so it may be worth it to get every once and a while when you are extremally hungry.Give it a shot, the burrito is great. Only reason it loses a store is the pricing

This place's marketing game is as delectable as its food! Amazing, on-brand packaging for the 3 tacos I ordered. I ordered 2 pollo and 1 carnita, and was not disappointed in the least. They were *huge*, with lots of fresh and delicious toppings that salsa danced along my taste buds with every bite. This will not be my last time ordering from Rico Burrito - I highly recommend!

Ordered for the first time on Uber and I was blown away! Quiet possibly one of the best things I've ever eaten! Will definitely be a frequent customer. Portions are huge and cost, in retrospect to food costs nowadays, is extremely reasonable! Love love love!!!
