Its 8:55 pm. We drove 25 mins for falooda. And the guy said he cleaned the machine so no falooda and milkshakes. Restaurant closes at 11 pm. Very disappointed. The boy didn’t even tried some efforts for regular customers.

Delicious ice cream but incredibly slow. They seem to have just one ice cream rolling tray and it’s slow to make in the first place. I came a few times and saw only one person working. If you see a line up, probably not worth the wait.

I had the pleasure of being served by Nitin. He took extra time and care in preparing my order and was happy to agree to all my requests. My ice cream was perfect and Nitin’s customer service was top notch! Will definitely be back at this location again in the future.

Ordered strawberry cheesecake ice cream for delivery in which the description clearly states there will be pieces of cheesecake. There was not a single piece of cheesecake to be found. Skimped on the free toppings too. Extremely disappointing.Update : in response to the owner. I’m aware the ice cream is rolled with cheesecake pieces as I’ve had it before. The point was that even within the ice cream there were 0 cheesecake pieces.

Discovering new foods are always exciting and I am grateful to any store that is willing to offer unique flavors and items that are not generally seen elsewhere. This ice cream roll shop specializes in unique Indian flavors along with the Western favorites. I got the Shahi Gulab roll icecream, which has a saffron base topped with almonds and pistachios crowned with a single Gulab Jamun. If that was not enough, you can choose three toppings from the bins in front. I opted for the brownie bits, cheesecake chunks and a wafer cookie. There is no seating inside, but you can take your little mountain of sugar outside to their picnic tables to excavate. I loved my choice, as the saffron was delicate and paired well with the nutty crunch of the almond and pistachio. Having a Gulab Jamun also was like getting two desserts in one! They also make Faloodas, which are a cold milkshake-like dessert but with with vermicelli and other treats to slurp up. My friends tried it and liked them, but be aware they are filling!

Great ice cream, serving and service !!However, we came to know that employees don’t get any tips at the end of the day. It was disappointing since that one employee working evening shift definitely deserves 5/5 stars and tips.

Went here with guests from out of town because of the high rating. It was edible but not really great. The additional free toppings don't go with the indian flavours they feature, and options are limited. It wasn't the cleanest looking place, and while the lady helping us was nice, it didn't feel professional and the rolls were not very flavorful or creamy. We ended up tossing the rest of ours when we got home. There are better options for rolled ice cream in Mississauga
