Went there for lunch and was disappointed. The sandwich wasn’t great and the place is not clean. The manager is rude. Will not come back and I hope I don’t get sick from that sandwich I had.

This place is good for a quick lunch sandwiches and salads. They typically offer a select few daily specials which can be tasty as well. They fall short in stars as the staff don't seem to be all that friendly Every time I've gone in or ordered. For catering, they are pretty efficient and have used them several times for meetings.

Love this place!!! Food is great, super fresh. Quick, efficient, good value, and friendly customer service. Great for a quick lunch and then walk across to Kariya Park to enjoy it.

High quality food, the food here is prepared in front of you and you can taste the freshness. The owner is very friendly so are the employees. Personally I enjoyed the Chicken Chipotle Ciabatta, it had a great mix of flavors in it. Will be returning here again for sure.

I get my breakfast from this Select Sandwich shop every morning when I get to my office. Their coffee is my favourite within the building and I love their breakfast sandwiches. The owner of the shop is so incredibly nice and kind, chatting with him in the mornings is always a highlight in my day!

I'm here for lunch almost daily, plus occasional breakfast. Service is always good but you may wish to avoid the lunchtime line-up by arriving at 11:30. Food is consistently good (sandwiches and hot table) and the environment (seating, airiness and light) is the best of all the food establishments in the Sussex Centre.
Tried for first and last time. Not returning. Ordered chicken wrap and everything added is kind of counted. 5 piece of corns, 10 beans. When asked to put more they said it's like this everywhere. C'mon leave your nest and see the quantity and quality being offered outside. Should have got a burrito for same price and ~double quantity.

I will never spend another dime at this establishment. First they were cut off years ago because of customer service. Long story short, walked in 1 minute pass breakfast and they refuse to fry an egg, after I've been their customer. They changed owners about 4 months ago and the guy seemed nice so I thought, OK why not give them a try again. It was going fine because he was a nice guy. Today (Nov 14/17) I visited again and, surprised, surprise, there was another new owner, so I proceeded to order a cheese bagel with butter. the Asian lady (Tina) re-iterated my order and I went to pay. She came to the cash (new Owner was momentarily busy) and said my total was $3.10, I asked "for what, a cheese bagel?' She said you wanted cheese on your bagel, I said no, just a cheese bagel with butter. she then charged me $1.95, which I thought was a bit much, but thought "OK you dragged your a** in here so pay" She went back to the food station and start toasting a plain bagel, (since I was the only one waiting) I asked who is that for? she said me, I said no, I wanted a cheese bagel, OMG, she then said that would be $3.10.of course I lost it, but paid the extra, letting them know, in not uncertain terms, that I will never set foot back into this store to spend my hard earned money WTF $3.10 for one bagel??????!!!!!!!!! There should be a "zero" star option. Just so you know I clicked the 1 star twice trying to give a zero!!
