I ordered Arabic ice-cream but it was not arabic at all, it was just vanilla ice cream. I highlighted the issue to the manager but he didn't seem to care. As the atmosphere of the place is oriental café, we asked the waiter if there are any cards set to play, they gave us a bucket full of faulty card sets and suggested that we should find a good set ourselves from all of them. The atmosphere itself us nice but the management and the staff need to have a different attitude towards the customers.

Save your money and visit the tim Hortons next door you'll get better service. Somewhere between the rude and disorganized staff seating you and the gross food coming out they'll tell you they have a minimum spend. You don't have the right to charge a minimum spend if you can't figure out basic service and how to smile at your customers. If you squint it looks like a nice vibe but don't look with both eyes or you'll realize it's a dive, don't make the mistake we did.

The service was plagued with delays and errors, as our orders were not only tardy but also incorrect and fragmented, arriving in separate portions with sides missing. Despite numerous attempts to communicate our concerns, it became evident that the waitstaff did not record our issues, leading to repeated oversights. While I acknowledge their general kindness, it does little to mitigate the overall substandard quality of service. It was particularly regrettable to have chosen this establishment for a friend's first visit, reflecting poorly on our dining choice. The experience was far below acceptable standards.
