???Do not ❌ go to this Smoke’s Poutinerie location ever! The fries were not even cooked, gravy was a watery texture (not thick at all), cheese curds tasted like rubber, and customer service was terrible as they didn’t even have condiments for you!I would give this place a -5 star if there was an option and possibly have this place closed down!Such a disgrace?♂️for a Smoke’s Poutinerie!

Quality is terrible. Poutine was room temperature, and cheese curds not melted at all because it was so cold. Pierogies cost $12.48 for a large with extra onions, and they only give 6 pieces and no extra onions. Fried cheese curds $13.49 for a large, and they said you get 200g and only get about 10 tiny pieces the size of the tip of my thumb. Absolute robbery and for cold food. $60 for a snack.

We came all the way from NY to eat here. Nobody does poutine like Canada. Specifically, Smokes Poutinerie !! We love the corky interior. The fries have their own unique crispy flavor, and when that gravy, which is the best gravy ever, is poured over those cheese curds and starts to melt its a foodgasm! Add meat, add sauted onions, mushrooms whatever you like. I always add the ketchup because Canadian ketchup is so good, that sweetness and that saltyness, it can't be beat. Canada, we salute you!Parking: There was parking in front but it fills fast. There's a digital ticket you need to purchase from a machine. ( for people in the states who have never seen one).Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, easy access.

Ordered a pulled pork routine and a classic the only difference of the two is pulled pork on top and 5 bucks more ... but not worth because of the teaspoon of pulled pork they put in not worth 16 bucks for the small.. save ur money elsewhere fries not great

Not from Mississauga so didn’t know much about the restaurants in the area. Went for a late lunch today and was really looking forward to poutine. It was very disappointing and very expensive. The toppings and cheese curds were fairly good but the curds were teeny tiny. I had the country poutine and the chicken pieces were fake formed chicken. The fries were very ole limp and soggy and not from the gravy. We couldn’t actually spot any gravy. It looked the the fries were dipped in warm gravy water. They were just shiny soggy fries with no flavour. Someone above thought they were soggy because he got take out. Not the case, we dined in. The deep fried cheese curds however were awesome but didn’t come with a dipping sauce. We got 4 poutine, 2 fried cheese curds and 4 drinks and it was just over $99. I had sticker shock for that price for fries but it wouldn’t have been as bad if the food was even halfway good.

Smokes is better than these pictures, but maybe not by a crazy amount. Obviously, I didn’t get a super fair experience because I got takeout, which is always worse because the fries get soggy in the box on the way home and are squished in the box. I definitely think that smokes would be a lot better if you ate it right when you got it, with crispy fries and hot food. But if you’re thinking of getting takeout, this is what you’re going to end up with which isn’t ideal. We got the double pulled pork poutine, and a Philly cheesesteak poutine. I would say the pulled pork is good, but again, the fried were just too squished and got super soggy — almost like mashed potatoes. The Philly cheesesteak was okay, the onion was a little off putting because it didn’t blend well with everything else. Two WOW! Sized poutines fed four people.

Ordered the popcorn chicken poutine and was really let down. First I mentioned I'm ordering to go so the poutine was sealed in the bag. I quickly open to see inside and there were probably 2 or 3 pieces of cheese curd. Seems like when they know it's going for takeout, they will cheap out on the toppings. Next, it tasted like the oil hasn't been changed for months so the poutine had this odd oily taste to it. Lastly, the cheese curd that was there had a tasteless rubbery texture. At almost $18 with a drink, I definitely wouldn't recommend.

Rude!I called this location to see if I could ask a question about their menu. the first time I called someone hung up the phone, I thought it was an accident so I called back. I assume it was the same person picking up the phone because they hung up again intentionally. very rude!!! Clearly they don’t need the business. And I will not be ordering from this location ever or recommending to anyone.
