Went for dinner last night. I’ve had take out from Solstice several times but this was the first time dining in.Our server, Taylor was so friendly and accommodating! Every single item that we ordered was incredible. The crispy Brussel sprouts are amazing! And I’m so happy to find a place that does bolognese sauce without pork! I will be back for the that over and over! Great ambiance and service. Solstice is a little gem in Clarkson

Fabulous visit for lunch and catch up with two great friends. Nice selection of items on the lunch menu, not too many - just the right amount. Split the truffle fries with my buds as we enjoyed a non-alcoholic Peroni for me and several of a delicious Czech beer for them. Went great with their Kobe Wagyu burger (he thought it underpriced!) and a generous veal parmigiana (well enjoyed & a smart looking container to bring some home in). I went with the grilled branzino again...hmm awesome with the fingerling potatoes, side salad. Weakened and enjoyed a nice house chianti, it did pair well. JP worked his magic in the kitchen again and Tanis did a great job attending to my guys' questions and serving us splendidly.

My fiancee and I have had take out from here a few times. I loved the Spicy Rigatoni Alla Vodka pasta. Although the Bolognese was average in my opinion - it was still good, but I can make the same quality at home.My fiancee loves their Veal Parmigiana, she's had it every time time and she's the type that needs variety! We live far enough away we can order and just drive there, it's usually ready within 5 to 10 minutes on arrival and I think they hold back completing any important components before arrival, like putting the sauce on pasta to prevent over cooking and cooling down. We always get home in time to retain its flavor and is so much better than Uber companies, where the food is cold and you have to pay extra to have it brought directly to you. I recommend for this place (and other quality restaurants), don't let Uber deliver it - get it yourself - you won't regret it.

We enjoyed an excellent meal at Solstice. We had some tasty cocktails and a veal parmigiana, seafood paella, and chicken piccata. Everything was amazing and our server Taylor once again did a fantastic job and recommended delicious drinks.

Nice ambiance not matched by the food. Calamari was not cooked enough nor crispy enough. “Tiger Shrimp” were just small shrimp. Paella was ok. Beef tenderloin medallions lacked taste and covered in a thick pasty sauce. It was supposed to be a peppercorn sauce but no peppercorns. Came with so called Tiger Shrimp that were smalls annd over done. All over priced. Not recommended.

I've ordered pickup three times from this restaurant and they do such an amazing job with the food every time. The restaurant looks beautiful, cozy and clean. I just wish they had a little more options but their chicken parm to die for. The staff is friendly and efficient. I'll definitely be back and may eat in, next time.

We came here for their Valentine’s Day menu and the food was delicious, especially the Beef Wellington (please make this a permanent menu item). The Valentine’s theming throughout the meal was a cute touch.Only area for improvement was the cheesecake. The base was too wet and had a grainy texture and the “raspberry” sauce on top of lacklustre…bit of a disappointing contrast to how everything else tasted. My partner’s crème brûlée made up for it and was deliciously creamy.

Our third time at Solstice. We were very impressed during our previous visits. This time the food was OK but didn't seem to be of equal quality as our previous visits. Pasta was a little salty. Veal Parmigiano was a little overcooked. The Chicken Picata was quite good. Carpaccio appetizer was very good but a little overpriced.

Ordered for takeaway; the service was wonderful, in a completely unexpected way. I would recommend this spot just based on that, but the food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. We tried the calamari, orecchiette, paella, pappardelle, burger and a couple of pizzas (we only managed to take photos of the pizza!). All delicious, and next time we would like to come in to enjoy.

Everything was quite good. The server was friendly but not intrusive. Our table for two was placed where we had our own space and relative privacy without feeling removed. We shared a tasty appetizer and had excellent entrees (gnocchi and seafood paella). Plenty of food, we both got only about halfway through. The prices are reasonable and you can't argue with half priced bottles of wine on Wednesdays!

Amazing waitress and amazing food. Loved the pasta and definitely recommend the pistachio gelato for any gelato fans!
