Food quality was no doubt good, but servings were of small portions. The quality of service was extremely poor. We were five people, and every time we asked for anything, they just brought one, for example, a glass of water for everyone, cutlery, etc. Poor service and cramped seating arrangements do not justify high food prices.

Very disappointed in my most recent visit, multiple servers approaching our table, unsure of whether we’ve ordered yet. The menu prices are extremely high compared to other Korean restaurants nearby.Ban chan (side dishes) does not come with free refills, but instead is an additional $1.99 after the first round (they only give you radish and kimchi). Ordered the small seasoned chicken ($24.99) with a rice— and you’ll notice it looks nothing like the advertised photo. Dolsot bibimbap arrived warm, not hot, or sizzling like expected in stone bowl—very small portion for $18.99!On top, there is a mandatory service charge of 10%-15% depending on your party size.I would not recommend eating here when there are better options elsewhere.

We visited them as we saw there video online. Worst experience. This restaurant is not clean. Secondly they force you to pay 15% fee if table of 4 or more. We were 2 adults and 2 kids under 2 they still made us pay. Thirdly there is more batter than the chicken/meat itself. Horrible experience as the manage came out to the table argument people with table of 3 to minimum pay 10% service fee. Not even just tip. I would not recommend you all the eat here or give them business. Thankyou

Went with a group of 6. Owner was so kind, staff were very helpful and recommended dishes for us to try. Candy chicken was absolutely delicious. Great place for groups/families because of their curtained off booth style seating.

Let me start off by saying the staff are super friendly and so nice. The food is also great. Love coming here for their black bean noodles. Usually get their combos which includes the black bean noodle and chicken. Really enjoy their soy garlic and their seasoned chicken.

Pathetic and disgusting service, forced me and who I came with to tip 10% each for a total of 20% tip. Some man started shouting while I was leaving when I chose to give a 5% tip and made me pay the remaining 15% tip before I left. The Korean man and two women were rude, disgustingly pathetic. Never in my life will I come again to the rudest restaurant ever where they force you to give tip before you leave. Disrespectful and no understanding of customer service. My bill was 79 dollars for 2 people, yet on top of that they forced us to tip before leaving, this behavior is unacceptable. I hate this place.

Was forced to tip. Did less than the bare minimum. Why am I tipping? Are they going to polish my shoes as I eat?Wouldn’t go again. One time place.
