This was one of my favourite places to get Pho, however, the amount of times I asked when I order my takeout food, for them to put extra sauces in the bag, they NEVER do. It's disappointing they're so cheap they refuse to give an additional tiny container of sauce. Due to this, they have lost me as a customer.

Fast service, tasty and quality food! Ordered Spicy Basil Fried Rice and Red Curry with vegetables and tofu option. Both were yummy and tight portion size.Vegetarian options: Have fair amount of vegetarian options, tried 2 vegetarian option and both were beyond expectation.

We got chicken pad thai for take out. It was super fresh and very hot (temperature-wise). The sauce was perfectly sweet and savory. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, an amazing gem. We will be back!!

We had lunch here and food was great. I always order mango salad whenever I see it on the menu so I did and it was one if not the best I had. The mangoes weren't scarce like most restos make them, with mostly leafy veg but very little strips of mango to be found. Here it has lots of mangoes and I really enjoyed it. I ordered the steamed rice with fried egg and grilled pork chops which was yummy and what I normally order at a Vietnamese restaurant. Made a mental note to try the soup menu next time. Not sure what my friend ordered, but it could be the Thai Salad with grilled lemongrass beef and some crispy shrimp rolls which was also good.Planning to go back again for a quick lunch out. Service was pretty quick so we won't go over break and get to return to our office on time. Area parking was never a problem here at Satellite Drive compound where there are other restaurants.We tried this place for the first time and we loved what we ordered and they weren't pricey we agreed to be back.

I work close by and have tried this place more than a few times. Several months ago the food was great but the service was super slow. The portion sizes were on the smaller size but still a decent value. I decided to give it another try today. This time the service was quick, but the Pho was cold… lukewarm at best. Maybe I’ll try it again in a few months.

I was just passing by and saw this restaurant and wanted to try it out so as soon as me and my boyfriend went into the restaurant to check it out a lady just came by running and told us in a very, very rude manner that the restaurant is already closed and yelled on us for no reason and we also told her like what’s the fuss. Why are you yelling at us? If it’s closed it’s closed we’re not forcing you to open it up and she just said something in her own language and close the door like right onto our faces and pushed us outside. Very bad hospitality and no customer service ☹️

Horrible experience, not once but twice. Cashier is completely clueless. What should have been a 5min wait for the food, turned to almost 40min. First they gave me the wrong order, then when I asked for a refund, as my friend had already finished her food without me, lady got annoyed at me and said it’s not her problem..totally unacceptable and rude. Witnessed at least four people leave because they waited too long in line as their service is non existent. If I could give a 0 star I would. Never coming back again.

Went in for take out. It would have been nice to have a menu on display at the cash instead of picking one off a table to look through. Food was very good, tried the vermicelli with spring roll and chicken. Food was fairly fast and fresh. Service was friendly. It's worth a try.

I purchased the Thai basil dish with tofu and vegetables and there was a piece of chicken in it.I politely mentioned that there was chicken and they took the dish away and after a several minutes brought the exact same dish out, and just sprinkled some hot pepper seeds on it. The tofu was cold and the rice mound was the same partially eaten rice.I complained again, and they quickly (too quickly) brought out a new plate with significantly less food than the original plate.It is unfortunate that they run their business like that. If they corrected it properly I would have for sure come back. Now I won't step foot in this restaurant again.

Ordered Pineapple fried rice, found worms mixed inside the rice and 2 sticking on the cashew. The owner/ waitress pinched away the worm with her fingers and insisted that those were “burned rice”,and then told me even though she made a new one for me, these will also exist. She took the old dishes away and made a new one for me. There were no “burned rice” as she said. This was not my first time ordering here, and I loved this restaurant. However I would not come anymore because of her attitude and the food safety.
