I usually love ordering from here but when I received my presto and chicken sandwich with salad. I found this within it. I didn’t notice until I got home and was eating from it.

Everything here went downhill. I went to this location from 2019 when they were new even up to 2023, but each visit became worse and worse. I’m making this review more for myself as a reminder to stop coming here. I remember the last time I dined in I developed a cold sore after using dirty cutlery. I thought I would be good by cleaning it myself at the table but I guess that wasn’t good enough. All because I was too nervous to speak up about it, I felt so disgusted seeing that on my lip, something I’ve never really dealt with before.

Value for money and the sandwich was very well prepared. All the flavours were standing out. Had ordered their Vegetarian roasted bell peppers and basil pesto sandwich along with harvest vegetable medley soup. Taking 1 star less for soup.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options

The food was good, but panini or pressed sandwiches were not loaded. Bread was good, but turkey and avocado inside was limited as you can see what you eat but it won’t be enough. The soup was extremely watery. After eating sandwich with cup of soup for lunch, both my Daugher and I ended up going to next door Crepes place and ordering more food ( never happened with us before). I won’t spent my $35 there again. Sorry.

Food was excellent- tasted fresh, healthy, and made with quality ingredients. You could tell the owner values his business and cares about the overall experience his customers had. It was quite busy and our food took about 10 minutes, which is expected if the food is being made fresh. Great spot!Vegetarian options: Great veggie options! The roasted pepper and basil pesto was my fav. Harvest vegetable soup was a great app!
Great atmosphere and very clean and neat restaurant. Excellent and friendly staff but we were so disappointed with our pressed paninis and soups. Portions are small for $17 per meal (not including a drink). Tuna and chicken pesto sandwiches were so bland. I really wanted to like the food here but soups were nothing special and literally the size of a small yogurt container. I wish I tried the salads but will definitely not be coming back here unless I can customize it more!Vegetarian options: Gluten free and veg items - lots of them!

I used to frequent Sprouts when I worked in the area. They used to have really great sandwiches, wraps and salads. I hadn't been in years and decided to revisit them. I was really disappointed with the quality of the food. I ordered lunch sandwiches for myself and two others and all of our sandwiches were dry and tasteless, definitely not the quality it used to be. Sorry to say I will not be going back to Sprouts any time soon. A way better alternative is Pane E Vino (hwy10/Britannia) for lunch sandwiches and salad options.Vegetarian options: There are quite a few vegetarian and vegan options on the menu.

I have used this establishment to cater work functions as well as to grab a quick lunch. I’m strictly gluten free for health reasons and they have plenty of delicious options. Everyone in my groups were always happy with their offerings. Always reliable and fresh. The owner/manager is a great guy!
