The woman at the front counter tried to rip me off!!! She attempted to over charge me by $3. I ordered one foot long. 1 bottle drink and 3 cookies and she charged me a combo. Added a cookie and added a bottled drink. Then tried to tell me I was getting a deal. I did not order 2 drinks. Just one. Disgraceful. And on Easter Monday.

I had worst experience and faced racism here , i came here at 9:45 pm on 6th dec.The lady was rude and when i just asked her if she can toast sandwich in toaster she was like you must be from India it must happen in India only not here and when i was telling her which toppings i want then she was dont touch the glass.Then she said u must be new from India here.This is ridiculous, if you cant take action for this then its too much .Its 2023 n still we are facing racism.I would never recommend this location ever.Thanks for spoiling the dinner time and i left everything she made .Thanks

Rude and very unprofessional customer service. I bought two veggie sandwiches and when I took my first bite I released the cheese, veggie patty, and buns were cold. I called them to complain. Firstly the employee was persistent we didn’t buy food from there, even tho we told her we have a receipt. Once we went to the location with the receipt, she still wasn’t believing us that the food was cold. She messaged the manager if she should remake the sandwich and he said no. Very poor and bad customer service.

The portion is very small. Can you see the chicken? When I went to pick it up at noon on 11/22, it was done by two elder people. I need to tell you about their situation.1. The portion given is really small, and the chicken is almost invisible. what I order is teriyaki chicken subway.2. The service attitude towards non-whites is unfriendly and it is really a case of differential treatment.

Rude service really make me sick, the server was a female, white, age 60-70. Who completely can not understand how subway’s system working and the most stubborn person I have ever met in my whole life. During the 2021-2023. I come here for hundreds of times. Sometimes the young Chinese lady can give me a wonderful service but this older lady(age70 ) really make me sick. She define the ‘bad service’ . I enjoy subway since I was a child. I buy and enjoy subway for 20years, that’s the first time I met a server in subway like this. Whenever she’s face appear in my mind I feel extremely uncomfortable and starting retching. Thanks for the bad service which let me know what kind of people this store is hiring.

The owner is really nice. A little under a year ago, I ran away from a home I was staying at and had no where to go. I was carrying really heavy bags and he let me stay for a few hours. I put my bags down and helped him around the store. He needed help with a standing poster and I helped him with that. He offered me a sub on the house but I refused because I already ate. If he sees this, I think about you a lot and I'm sorry never got to thank you as I was in a rush. So, thank you, sir. I will come visit soon and actually buy a sub from you this time, haha.
