I had a tuna sub. I love subways but this time it was disappointing. I also used my app for the free cookie and redeemed but the cashier didn't give me my cookie, said I need to order it online. I didn't want to argue so I left but I lost my cookie coupon from the app so it definitely remeeded but she didn't give me it.Parking: People park stupidly here taking up the lines which is annoying, the spaces itself are small.

I felt let down by the front desk attendant, Lori Anne. Her behavior was incredibly impolite, and someone should educate her on proper customer service. It seemed like she was discriminating against Indians. Despite working just a two-minute drive away, I have no intention of returning.

They don’t have the option for negative ratings, i would have given that to them. That fat lady at the store ask her to get some sessions regarding how to treat the customers with respect, if she gonna make the sub wrong then definitely i would ask for a new one.. I don’t want sweet onion sauce on my sub she added that, then she just start giving justifications!!!If you guys are really concern with your sales then ask that lady just sit at home, it will be good for you guys!!

Is there a way to put a negative star? because that's what this place deserves. This has to be the most terrible Subway I have stepped food in.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT EAT HERE.Owner & Staff are TERRIBLE. Food is always off. What is worse is that, the amount of protein you will get is atrocious because I was willing to pay extra for chicken, but they refused to use a full scoop of meat. How is this fair? Also they are never open on time, what the heck?

If i had a choice i would give this location negative stars. I went to this subway and I like extra protein on my sandwich which i asked the staff for and i said i will pay for it. The girl working there did not even use one full scoop of protein as per the headoffice measurements. my extra protein consisted of 2 HALF scoops of chicken. The owner of the store was around and i asked the girl if this is double protein and she said yes and then she looked at the owner. This location and 5019 Spectrum Way Unit 5A, Mississauga, ON L4W 5B3 are under same ownership and they do not serve portion of protein as per the headoffice even when you are willing to pay for it. Never going here and will lodge a complaint to the headoffice for both the locations. I went to spectrum location first had the same issue so decided to go here instead only to find its owned by the same person. The staff is trained to underserve . Very disappointed.

I never leave bad reviews but I have to warn others. The heavy-set, blonde lady who works at the cash is beyonddd rude and sincerely does NOT EVER and I mean EVER want to be there. It feels like you broke in her home and are asking her to make you a sandwich with items from her own fridge that she payed for. I frequent Subway A LOT and this is the only location I’ve experienced this at. I didn’t even ask for the Sub the particular way I wanted it last time as to not make her work anymore.

They gave me a chicken, bacon ranch wrap and the chicken wasn't cooked. It was so much like rubber that my nail didn't pierce the meat. Disgusting. I puked out the 2 bites I could get in. I asked the owner to give me a call back 2 days ago and no one followed up.

Heavily skimping on the meat. For steak and cheese, where the meat is scooped, they are barely putting half a scoop at time. Noticed this consistently over several visits. Will not visit again.
